To be honest, I'm more excited by this news than the BQ signing thread.

10TV

10TV To Air Cleveland Browns Pre-Season Games
Jun 19 2007 4:07PM
COLUMBUS, Ohio - WBNS-10TV will air all four of the Cleveland Browns' pre-season football games in high-definition, the station announced Tuesday.

Three of the four games will take place on Saturday nights in August. For the first time, the games will be produced and aired in full HDTV.

The four games are:

Aug. 11: vs. Kansas City: 7:30 p.m.
Aug. 18: vs. Detroit: 7 p.m.
Aug. 25: at Denver: 9 p.m.
Aug. 30: at Chicago: 8 p.m.
"Each season we do our best to accommodate both the Browns fans and the Bengal fans with the best in game coverage and coverage on Wall to Wall Sports," said Frank Willson, 10TV's Director of Operations. "With the expectation of Dublin native Brady Quinn making his pro-debut, these games made all the sense in the world for us to carry."

Willson said that 10TV is pushing CBS to carry more games in HD.

"High-definition television is no longer a luxury in professional sports -- it's an expectation," Willson said. "WBNS-10TV has led the way in HDTV carriage and production. We appreciate the Browns giving us an HD option this year."

I hope BQ's presence gets tons of Browns Fans / Columbus Football Fans screaming when they air Bengals over Browns this year. Last year they tried to say that the market was more interested in Bengals coverage... BS BS BS BS!

i sent a positive email to 10TV for making this decision...the more positive feedback they get on Browns programming, the more likely we are to see the games...

ATTACK...

sadly, i think that the Bengals are getting good #'s...problem is, i don't think it's Bengal fans...i'd be willing to bet that 1/2 of their audience are fans of other teams (including Browns) that simply have it on so they can see some AFC football...

i know that until last year, i used to mute Bengal games while listening to the Browns...then i realized i was contributing to the problem...or in the specific case of Cincinnati, contributing to the deliquency of the NFL...

And when I couldn't? Thank God for Sopcast!

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

How about Youngstown stations? I get 33 out of Youngstown, and last year they showed all the preseason games. Anybody know if it will happen this year?

Thank you, I.m starving for some Browns football. I cancelled my directv account because they wouldn't give me local channels, now I don't have my Sunday Ticket. I had it for years, it started at $79 and is now like $240+.

Go Browns!!!!!!!

Go online, change your SERVICE address to Cleveland area ( pick an address) then call them and ask your local channels be changed to reflect your NEW service address. I have mine as my "vacation home" yet keep my billing address here in PA. I get ALL the pre-season games and ALL the games EVERY year.

So what happens when you have to have installation done? Wouldn't they find out?

Never crossed my mind.. I do all my own.work They really don't care though. If you need service just let them know it will be at your billing address/new address/temp residence...whatever. They won't change anything and if they DID, just change it back to your "vacation" home

For those with NFL Network, the Detroit game is being replayed at 9:30 a.m. (ET) this morning. Like, in 15 minutes.
