Why does the report redact the names of some of the conspiracy minded participants at the FBI, with numbers? This is not transparency.

Since there where no replies. Let me spell it out for you,

Because they became part of Mueller's initial team of henchmen.

Where did you come up with this definition? Did you make it up?

Anti-Roman Catholic bunk?

My search engine says goyim is the plural of goy.

The hebrew term for a non-jew.

Yes, it is a slang word for 'Gentiles'.

Of wich they are also Gentiles, thus the slang is given for a distinction.

The only reason why I know of this seaming obscure word today is from the Church writtings of the "church fathers".

I have enjoyed watching the right, Trump and Ghouliani try to spin this report into a defense of the illegitimate regime in washington. I'm going to have to crack the books and see how the constitution says we should deal with traitorous imposters who attempt a coup d'etat in the USA.

Using the late night tweets of a couple of FBI lovers who ONLY showed the misjudgement of expressing their partisanship and choice of candidates in a private conversation is laughable in the context of saying they completely tainted the tens of thousands of hours of investigation into the high crimes and misdemeanors of the illegitimate regime.

Mueller's Russia probe has led to charges for four former Trump campaign officials, although none of the charges directly stem from misconduct during the election.

Mueller is saving all those those charges for the big shoe drop so Donny tiny hands doesn't get the chance get his pardon pen out before his son and son-in-law are indicted.

Swish:

This is the most comprehensive, scholarly and balanced assessment of the IG's report I have found. It's from a podcast I listen to weekly called "Lawfare," a product of the Brookings Institution.

(I don't waste my time with network or cable crap. I do 'deep dives' at think tanks and .edu sites on the reg. Heritage, Am Enterrise and Propublica are on my reg rounds, as well. When I want to talk about the issues in-depth... I do so at web addresses other than this. This joint is politics' version of the Smack Shack.)

3 of Brookings' best discuss the IG's judgement in intricate detail, and debate the finer points. I enjoyed the layers of nuance and the conclusions drawn from these public policy deep thinkers.

follow this link to click on the audio player:
Lawfare Podcast

Give it a listen. It will cast the discourse at PP in the appropriate perspective. I think you'll enjoy it. Others might, as well. Some possess attention spans of gnats and goldfish. It won't appeal to them at all. Still others need moving pictures to hold their attention for more than 10 seconds. Those mutts won't even follow the link.

no, that would be trying to influence an election, something some have been screaming about for 2 years now. . . .

So, Trump said this report vindicates him of any wrong doing in terms of Collusion.....

Can anyone show me where it's mentioned.. I can't find where he has been cleared.....

It's not.
This is more crap he made up. The report/investigation HAD NOTHING AT ALL TO DO WITH HIM.

If anything, it outlined how the timing of Comey's actions actually helped Candyfloss win the election.

More smokescreen and hypnotic repetition.

I thought I was going blind,, That's 500 Plus pages and frankly, I just didn't see that at all..

So, it's just another in a long list of lies..

There is a video out there somewhere that shows him lying 51 times in last Fridays impromptu press conference.

Actually, there's a fair chance Trump is just being prescient.

Agreed, this report doesn't vindicate him of anything, but what it sheds light on in the manner of how the investigators conducted themselves, they may have made any possible criminal case against Trump unprosecutable.

This IG report helps Trump because it lays out the blatant biases of key people. And while the report said there was no evidence that those biases determined the direction of the investigations, it also didn't say there was proof it didn't. They never concluded one way or the other what was meant by "we will stop him".

Add in there what appears the same people were pulling double duty investigating Hillary and Trump... if they show that gents were sitting on key, relevant information like Hill's emails on Weiner's hard drive in favor of spending more time on Trump...

This pattern of behavior is going to taint whatever they do uncover and their methods.

In the event that there are criminal charges on Trump, there will be so many challenges on violation of Due Process, evidence gathering, investigative misconduct... he'll easily ride out a 1st term before it ever gets resolved. And if this is the kind of stuff Dems are hoping to ride in an effort to retake the House and Senate and impeach him... I really think they'll be left out in the cold.

The hilarious part is that Comey did what he did thinkingt he was doing Hillary a favor... and ended up screwing her! LOL rofl

Basically comes down to the fact that the entire premise for the collusion investigation, from the beginning, was bogus.

Lead by corrupt Justice and FBI officials who are all demoted or fired today for not following proper and lawful procedure. Some may even see jail time for what they did to both Trump and Clinton. Not to mention America.

I'm not ready to declare the collusion investigation was bogus in it's inception just yet. Honestly I don't think Trump is politically sophisticated enough to break the rules and cover his tracks like seasoned politicians.. nor did he have the connections to make sure things disappeared i.e. the clear and proven collusion between the media and HRC and the DNC to screw Bernie.

My sense of it is that if he was going to be charged criminally, it would have been done by now. And if it still happens, he's got the resources to tie things up, and if trump is being Trump, he'll pardon himself on his last day in Office and people will love him for sticking to the establishment one last time.

Even if you take the names Trump and Hillary out of the equation, people of all sides should be concerned with how things were handled.

People forget that legal eagles on the right AND left thought Hillary was going to be indicted based on Comey's damning testimony. Him offering his recommendation to not prosecute out of concern for the DOJ preserving it's "legitimacy"... that's not his job or concern. That was for the DOJ to be worried about.

Then to say he mentioned the email issue a week before the election to preserve the "legitimacy" of what he thought was Hillary's inevitable victory... again, not his job.

The fact that he was concerned about "legitimacy" shows that he new there were problems with how the investigations were being handled.

So you are putting forth that 10s of 1000s of investigative man hours are completely tainted over a few late night messages between lovers who just happened to be in the FBI on the investigation, and expressed a dislike for then candidate Trump? Meanwhile all the mountains of evidence piling up to showcase the corruption, suspicious meeting with Russians, deliberate attempts to subvert and obstruct justice are all now fruit of the poisonous tree?

SO let's roll with that idea and say Mueller's final report says Trump is cleared but others are guilty of the crimes they've been indicted for... You're ok if those guys all walk?

Or Trump is found to be the traitor I think he is, proven to have cut a deal with Russians, proven to be sabotaging our democracy for personal gain... You would be okay with him walking away and still being our President?

And my last question would be, do you think Hillary should go to jail?

IMO it doesnt even come close to clearing him of collusion BUT it certainly casts a shadow of a doubt over the motives of the folks involved in STARTING the russia stuff ...

I mean dude that was LEADING the Russia investigation said in texts that “we” will stop him from being president and then after he was elected makes references to an “insurance policy” in getting him ousted ...

According to the left thats a NOTHING BURGER ... I’d call it a loaded five guys quadruple just based off those tidbits ... rofl ...

The IG’s conclusion is hysterical ... he spends five hundred plus pages telling us about all the mishandling and bias involved with the players and then concludes that bias didn’t affect any of their decisions .... rofl ...

It reminded my of Comey’s presser on hillary ... he spent 30 minutes setting up the case for her to go to prison and then let her off the hook on some BS about “intent” ... he actually changed the wording of a US statute to manufacture that conclusion ...

In that case bleach biting her server and destroying computers, laptops and cell phones AFTER being subpoenaed did not go towards intent ... rofl ...

Its mind boggling what the left can get away with these days ... sad really ...

Of course. The FBI has always had a bigger hand in domestic politics. I would not be surprised if all candidates had big investigations into their campaigns. The FBI was built to blackmail politicians.

PUH-lease! You say this while your illegitimate President snuggles up with commies and dictators, craps all over our oldest "FREEWORLD" allies, commits kidnapping at our borders, set himself and his cronies up with lucrative profits from the biggest heist in American history, and exploits the stupid with FAKE TAX CUTS, and commits many more despicable acts... Yet those text messages are your sticking point? And Hillary's emails?

Can you even begin to see why nobody (non-alt-right or delusional) takes you seriously?

I also don't think the Donks are interested in running on a Trump=corruption platform. So far, those who have won primaries have said very little about him. I think they're convinced that they'll do better running on issues specific to their constituencies. O'Rourke in Texas, Jones in AL and Lamb in PA all ran on local/regional issues. Jones and Lamb MIGHT have been aided by their opponents' undesirability (Roy Moore/Trump endorsement respectively), but mostly they won by running traditional issue-based campaigns.

Nope the dems are definitely not running on an anti Trump message, all they need to do is run on decency, traditional American values, and changes that actually help the people struggling to live in America. The FAKE PRESIDENT will soon eliminate himself like a mission impossible message.

Exactly. The main premise behind the Mueller investigation was to determine the extent to which Russia had a hand in sabotaging the electoral process. To date, the word 'collusion' has come from Trump's mouth more than anyone else's.

I for one want to know exactly what they did and how they did it. It's why my research brought me to Clint Watts interview I mentioned in my thread: "Messin' With the Enemy.'

I really wish that more folks would listen to that joint. It's already sliding down the front page of PP, and there's some truly eye-opening stuff in that interview.

45 or no 45... we should find out all we can. Russia's still messin' with us for the '18 mid-terms.

In potential.

We'll have to see how much he helps come Nov. If folks are running on an issue-based ticket and anti-Trump voters are juiced to attend the polls, then yes... I could give him some credit for that:

"Thanks, Mr. President. Dems couldn't have flipped CapHill without ya!" thumbsup

Or Trump is found to be the traitor I think he is, proven to have cut a deal with Russians, proven to be sabotaging our democracy for personal gain... You would be okay with him walking away and still being our President?

And my last question would be, do you think Hillary should go to jail?

What I'm saying is that those messages along with the documented improper and irregular behavior by key FBI officials has opened the door to cast doubt. Just how far that doubt goes will depend on how much players like Strok and his girl are/were.

Look at it this way, I've got nearly 10yrs in as a cop. If you found out that in the middle of the night I texted a joke with the N-word in it to a friend, would you not at a minimum wonder about my impartiality during that time in dealing with people of color?

What if that friend was himself black, and he and I just have that kind of relationship? Would it then make what I did a nothing burger?

I don't think so.

Something else I think you guys tend to forget... it's not often that the person at the center gets hit with anything. Here in NC our two previous Dem governors had several people in their crews get charged for campaign contribution abuses... neither of them got nailed with anything themselves.

As for my thoughts on Hillary:

She needs to be indicted and brought before a court. The probable cause that Commey himself laid out is absolutely damning. The whole "no reasonable prosecutor would bring charges" is total BS because all too often we hear of service members being charged for committing a fraction of the Security violations she committed.

I've held a Secret security clearance due to my job in the Marines working with various comms equipment. Every year I had to participate in training and demonstrate an understanding of how to handle sensitive materials. Even as a police officer I have protocols to protect the information of people that I have access too. Based on Comey's testimony she showed a blatant disregard for security protocols and demonstrated less care than I am required to exhibit. The only thing secret about what she was doing was trying to hide the server in the closet.
