I just saw a segment on this - Cohen is not claiming this. His lawyer said "no comment" .... the theory seems to be the Trump camp leaking this. Who knows. I'll wait for some statements on the record instead of the "it's being reported that" .... But for certain Cohen must have a ton of dirt on Trump. This wouldn't be the least of it.

So when Cohen said Trump didn’t know about the payoffs to the women he’s screwed, he was telling the truth according to RG. Now according to Rudy he’s lying about how Trump knew about the Russian meetings in TT. RG is greedy and deplorable. He’s gone from hero to zero in less than 20 years.
