Take that 90 million and pay for veterans to send their kids to college. THAT would actually have some meaning.

This is the kind of thing we should expect from a responsible POTUS.

the last sort of thing that would ever occur to this one.
Other ideas:
Use it as seed money to revamp the VA, giving them the resources needed to help vets with PTSD.
Use it to get homeless vets off the streets- and into self-help/job training facilities
It doesn't even have to be military-based. There are a boatload of needs out there that these resources could help:
Public education.
Urban renewal.
Retraining Coal Country for 21st c jobs.
Instead, Dolt45© wants to blow it all on one big day-long party. Ninety million dollars gone... in less than 3 hours. Just so he can get his ammosexual rocks off by watching ranks of big, long, hard missiles slide steadily down yielding, compliant DC streets. [ohhhhh... baby-]
A 3-hour parade.

For a country who turned in this kind of attendance at his inaugural parade:
