Sashi failed at job 1 and passed on Wentz an Watson. Picks are picks and look nice on a pile, but his job was to find a QB. Hence he was fired.
Sashi's job was to tear the foundations down to the studs and set the team up to rebuild from scratch. Which he did. He did what he was hired to do, then was kicked to the curb (rightfully so) so that we could bring in Dorsey to rebuild. So far so good. We should know by the end of 2019 if the plan works.
