The nature of a second opinion means it wasn't good.

Nathan Zegura discussed Randall seeking a 2nd opinion on Cleveland Browns Daily and said the Browns are very confident he will be ready to play week 1.

Take it FWIW.

I'm confident in BB Calhoun if Randall has to take some games off!

I hope this is correct.

In case it isn't, I sure hope BBC gets some significant reps at FS this week.

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."

I think this might be a Wally Pipp moment as this could be BBC's Position and in this Defense he ends up leading the NFL in INTs and makes the Pro Bowl. wink

He sure looked pretty good to me in what limited reps I saw him at FS.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

Well, a second seldom means the first was swell. Second means serious. answers 'Just how bad.'

hadn't heard about this before. Hope it is not too awful and/or fixable.

I think the last time we had a player trying to get a 2nd opinion on a knee that wasn't supposed to be a big deal was Gary Baxter.

Kinda hoping this one turns out better.

It's a good day: Randall getting 2nd opinion, Kendricks catches Federal charges, Njoku's buddy rapes a woman.... what's next??

Browns is the Browns

... there goes Joe Thomas, the best there ever was in this game.

the one play with two torn patella tendons defied logic

The nature of a second opinion means it wasn't good.

Or the opposite. Maybe he feels it is worse than what the team doctors diagnosed.

Hue made it seem like the dude just wanted to get it checked out by someone he's familiar with. The Browns granted it. No harm, no foul and according to Hue, he'll be back and be ready to practice.

Quote:
“We gave him the opportunity to go see someone that he knew. We OK’d it and made sure that everything was OK,” Jackson said. “He went to go make sure that everything checked out. I think that he is going to be fine. He will be back here and ready to go and practicing when he gets back.”

A lot of times it comes down to deciding whether something might get worse if it goes untreated now... a la Kyrie Irving. Team doctors might feel like it is something that can be "cleaned up" after the season and Randall wants to make sure it won't threaten him long-term.
