There really is zero reason to complain about getting spam ads when you chose to go to an unlicensed obviously shady website to access NFL games.
If nothing else works, backup your iPad to iCloud, then restore it to factory defaults. Once its back, re-install the apps directly from the app store and restore your images and videos from the iCloud backup.
I would try simply uninstalling the Dolphin browser and reinstalling the app.
Finally, pay for NFL games or make friends with someone who did to avoid the nasty ads.
