We all know Realtors are notoriously soft spoken and meek, but I'm going to break the mold a little.  I'm going to brag on myself again... hope nobody minds.  I had my first closing tonight! B-ya! It feels good for my hard work to pay off. Thanks to all who are so supportive, it means more than you know!

Thanks everyone. It feels good. I ran straight to the bank and then purchased some new patio funiture. I lurve clearance time! As far as the slogan goes, I'm still deciding. I'm trying them out on some people slowly before I order hundreds of cards. It's harder than I thought it was going to be.
