MSU lost? Wow, didn't think they would.
Not a good start for Sparty this year
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."

I know Jake Fromm is good, but how long until Justin Fields is playing? With way QBs transfer these days when not playing, they have to get him on the field sooner rather than later. Who is he and why should he be playing over Fromm? He was the #1 QB in the country and here have been rumors of him transferring if he doesn’t see the field (many kids do this now, including our #1 draft pick). Wouldn’t that just cause Fromm to transfer? ... Bingo.

He didn't do a whole lot vs BG. McFarland on the other hand tore us apart. Boy, Maryland was one undisciplined, sloppy and dirty team today. The Falcons were actually leading at the half. BG is not a mentally tough team. They gave up a 3rd and 22 for a touchdown in the 3rd that put Maryland ahead and just gave up after that. The Terps were much bigger, more physical and way more talented, but boy did they commit a bunch of stupid penalties. I was going to ask if anybody saw it... I checked on my phone and at one point before halftime MD had like 295 yards, BGSU has 120.. and MD was losing 14-10... then I saw that MD already had about 12 penalties for 110 yards... Glad they finally pulled away and won but they need to clean that crap up.

Really enjoyed the Clemson vs TA&M game. That Mund kid who is the QB for TA&M is fun to watch, he's a gunslinger and he is fearless, he has never seen a window too small to fit the ball through... and on the other end, Rogers Jr. is an awesome WR.. best QB/WR combo I've seen so far this year (admittedly though, it's early).. Bryant played well at QB for Clemson as well but much more of a scrambler/runner, not nearly as impressive in this game as far as arm talent...
IMHO, TA&M should have won the game.. a couple of VERY questionable calls that went against them in key situations... the TD that was called back and the fumble over the pylon? Tough calls..

Rockets playing the Hurrianes today. I'm hoping for an upset for the Blue and Gold!
I'm also hoping for a TCU over OSU today, too.

Hakeem Butler WR Iowa state. 6' 6" junior could be an intriguing prospect. RB Montgomery from Iowa state looks pretty good.

Anyone know what happenend to him? Clemson is running two quarterbacks this year. The one who looks like a hippy is the better one imo

Lincoln Reilly is a really good play caller

Pat Shurmer's kid has Vandy within 6 of Notre Dame at 10-16.
As soon as I typed that, Notre Dame hit a big play down to the red zone.

Who the heck is this huge #90 DE for BYU. Tearing Wisconsin's excellent OL up right now.
Guy is like 6'8...looks like he could be a heck of a TE too.

They beat an unranked Ole Miss team??? Yeah, but have you seen them this season yet? They do not have one weakness that I can glean.

Terps contributed to a horrible day for the B1G Saturday.. getting stomped by a team that previously lost to Buffalo and Villanova.. <smdh>... they looked like they weren't even interested.
Overall, 7 B1G teams lost to unranked teams with Wisconsin and Nebraska probably being most notable...

BIG looks pretty bad ... top heavy is generous.
Lots of bad to below average teams: Rutgers, Illinois, Maryland, Nebraska, Minnesota ... and then the typical "pesky" teams looks worse (Iowa, Purdue, Indiana)

The Big 10 gets a ton of grief when they have a bad week, but hardly anyone comments when they kick ass like they did in last year's bowl games.

The SEC is clearly back on top.
LSU just beat Auburn, so now Auburn is a bad team is many eyes. LOL
Auburn can kick the crap out of darn near anybody.
Bama and Georgia are at the top of the polls....one is going to lose to the other at some point. Nobody else is going to beat them beyond a fluke.
The SEC should just leave the NCAA and do their own thing.

A Joe Burrow led LSU just proves the divide between championship team and really good team. I've always wondered what LSU would look like with their scary defense AND a good Qb
