when I was in Korea.....the whole place stunk...and when I ate the food ...I knew why...I have to say Korean food was the worst...(apologies to Koreans)....
Being in 7 countries...I have tasted many foods..

Maybe some of our Australian friends can chime in on this one. Vegemite - "Concentrated Yeast Extract". NASTY! It's used like jelly over there and is very popular. Not sure how anyone eats this stuff.....

i don't care either way for taco bell
but...
there is absolutely nothing like one of those burrito joints that charges you 5 bucks for a burrito the size of your head, and they're open until 4 am, so for all the drunks, you're in heaven
oh, and there happens to be one about 3 minutes down the street from me

I've heard only that Vegemite is an acquired taste and that it gags just about anyone that's not from Australia. C'mon Riddler, give us the scoop.

My in-laws lived in Sydney for 3 years, so I've been over there a few times. Tried Vegemite a few times, but just couldn't get over the taste. It's just nasty to me.

Yeah we got a years supply of vegemite in the cupboard......one small jar!  Actually, all joking aside, me and Mrs Riddler get through a fair bit of the black stuff. The British equivalent (Marmite) ran a very successful and funny ad campaign based on a "you either love it or hate it" theme and i guess thats true. I never used to like the stuff but it's great spread thinly on buttered toast.....i'm not a big fan of copious amounts as it's a very strong taste.......very very good for you too.  Think the makers Kraft sold out to the Americans didn't they? Don't you guys want to claim ownership and be the new breed of "happy little vegemites" ?

Well guys, I'm impressed. Three pages and no menton of TOFU. Or haven't you tried it? I love it myself. But then I like brussels, broc, black pudding and make a hell of a nasty sauerkraut. Vegemite is just like a salty spread which looks disturbingly like shoe polish. My brother recently had it "stolen" from him by customs in case he took over the world with it. So don't write it off. The only food I can't face off against is scrambled eggs...those bastards. How dare they! I heard recently that there is a rotten fish dish in Sweden which smells so bad that they actually have to open it under water. But then they eat it. I gotta get me some of that. Riddler, are you scared of us making the 8 and taking you on in Melbourne? You should be because if we do I'm coming down. Be afraid.

Been watching Southside Story on Tuesday nights ABC 8 pm?
Apparently they've just done a deal with a "sports channel" in the States to show the whole series. Not sure when. I heard September but that may be wrong.
