I just sensed that Baker gets the ball out faster, is way more accurate, better arm, AND makes everyone better

We need to be patient, and not rush Baker. Tyrod should start in Oakland - he's a vet and will bring this offence together. Seriously if TT is the starter next game I will travel to Ohio and beat the hell out of Hue.
