If you checked on line, pretty sure it will list the starting times for your time zone.
When I check, both of the games are listed at 7:30, which would be Eastern.
My guess is, if someone in Cal. checked, they would have a different time listed.

Hey, looks like a big test for Ohio State this week.
Looks like Buckeyes are only favored by 3-4 points.
College point spreads are much more variable than NFL spreads and are more subject to DC's "follow-the-money" principle.
I sure miss those 35 point spreads.

I can't stand College football's playoff system if you lose 1 game chances are you will be eliminated from a "4 Team" playoff unless of Course you are Alabama or any SEC team + Clemson ... Sorry but truth is truth if they don't expand the playoffs a game like tonight's between OSU and PSU is a virtual playoff game with the loser being eliminated ... Rant Over ...

Whoever wins tonight most likely goes undefeated while the loser goes 11-1 and is left outside looking in ... This is why they need to increase the playoff to 6-8 teams preferably 8 ... GO BUCKEYES

I just don't like how your preseason ranking factors in to the whole thing. Even if not officially, anyone who follows college football knows where you start the year, before any games are played, actually somehow matters. Literally judging teams on perception. I mentioned it before. It doesn't really matter, because rankings, especially preseason rankings, are not going away. They drive the entertainment portion of college football.
