Tampa's defense is garbage. Pittsburgh's seems a bit better up front to get pressure on Fitz.
Steelers should win this one.

I was really excited to watch this game. I like watching the steelers loose almost as much as watching the browns win. Now I'm bummed, Fitzpatrick had to turn back into a pumpkin tonight of all nights.

I thought Tampa made a mistake when they got the ball back with 3 mins left down by 3 ... their playcalling was too risky at that point. Steelers D had been gashed when TB ran all game (they just couldnt do it much).
That was a point where they coulda.

Too bad the Fitzpatrick magic ended. That pick 6 was costly also the INT with them at goal to go hurt as well.
Steelers dodged a bullet. Big Ben still is freaking good. I think we have the BEST QBs as a division. Big Ben, Dalton, Flacco and now Baker Mayfield.

Fitz made mistakes .... they were costly ...
Godwin dropping two TD’s that ended up FG’s was the difference in the game ...
Fitz played good enough to overcome his mistakes .... he didn’t play well enough to overcome his mistakes and Godwin’s drops .... DANG IT ...
Next week they have a SLUGFEST against the Rats .. hoping its there usual HARD HITTING KOCK DOWN DRAG OUT BRAWL ...
They best hope Gilbert and DeCastro are ready ...

I am not getting all the negative talk about Fitz. I don't know if it is the era in which we live in, but people are so reactionary. Fitz made a mistake or two, but not all of those picks were on him. He also battled his ass off and made a ton of good plays to give his team a chance to win.
I enjoyed the game. Two offenses that have a lot of talent. Lot's of exceptional plays and some drama at the finish.
I think some officiating crews ruin games. I hate when there are that many penalties in a game. We can sit here and call a team undisciplined, but when both teams in a particular game accumulate an excessive number of penalties, it tells me that the problem is over-offficiating.

Actually the beard costume is interchangeable in the Tampa Bay area. The kids can just claim to be dressed up as Jose Gaspar. The pirate who the Gasparilla Parade is named after, that Tampa celebrates every February.
