It would be dumb to cut Coleman. I agree. This is the year for him to put up or shut up
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Would you include Dorsey?
I expect more points out of the and more control minutes.

Most of those drops were statistically noted as a drop but the ball was in poor placement. Hopefully our stats will change as Baker takes the reigns. Ball placement is very important. Once the adjustment to velocity is made I think we will see a lot of the drops go away.
Amazing how Njoku all of a sudden produced excellent hands with Baker out there. Wonder if not having time to think about that pass arriving had anything to do with it...No THOUGHT just REACTION!

jmho Baker had three well placed passes dropped last week. It's okay. Even Aikmen said the QBs have different spirals and Laundry said he throws the ball faster/harder. A week in practice, with most if not all of the reps - should get that taken care of. I'm actually anxious to see the chemistry and etc come Oakland. Their secondary has been called weak as' well so a great opportunity.

jmho Baker had three well placed passes dropped last week. Yep I know...can see them right now as I close my eyes.
1. Landry, well documented the ball just got there faster than he imagined. Basically what I said that once a familiarity is there that one should be eliminated.
2. Over the should Corner Fade to Calloway, just lost his concentration and didn't know how to place his hands on that one.
3. Charles on a scramble and an amazing throw to the right sidelines. Charles who I don't think will be out there too long once Devalve gets his Injury behind him. What can you do, he's NotForLong as an active player. Decent blocker.
Obviously great ball placement is not the cure all for drops...but once we experience great ball placement week after week, play after play. I think our stat for drops will diminish greatly.
My claim was several passes I saw that were low, low enough for the WR to get their hands on it but have it drop statistically that is a drop but one that gets eliminated with a well placed ball in its stead.
