The Steelers did that a lot last year as well.
Our K made a FG, and has been booming kickoffs.

A Hue mismanagement. Sorry the reply is so late, just go home 30 minutes ago. We made a 2 pointer to more or less erase it, but it was still a stupid decision.

Three traditional extra pointers would, if successful yield only 3 and we lose in regular time. I read an article last season that basically determined that there is an advantage statistically in going for 2-pointers instead of kicking for one...

Bad call to go for the 2 in that situation. Take the convert and you're up 10-7. Then you're chasing it the whole game if you don't get it.
We did make two of them, but I thought it was not wise to go for 2 there.

i dont think we did anything "wrong" today with time management, reviews, etc .. but the defense was reeling and gassed, we got some bad calls, and turned it over

When its that early in the game. No matter how the game turned out or what happened after, that was still a dumb call. Hindsight is 20/20, dawg. At that point, it was dumb as heck to go for it. No it would not have been dumb to go for it, when your def has give up what 500 or 600 yards to that point....If you cant get an inch when the game is on the line, you have an issue. Baker is a gamer, so i hyde. I have no doubt either a sneak or run up the guy, they were not gonna be denied.
