While there is blame aplenty to go around, I blame Amos Jones for a lot of this. His special team unit absolutely sucks.
And I REALLY blame Dorsey and Hue for hiring a special teams coach who was proven to be worse than Tabor.
God I hate it when the Browns willfully and intentionally downgrade the Special Teams unit.
