If he is innocent he should fly though the appointment process. If he is guilty then he shouldn't be a Supreme Court Justice. Both sides are being crazy IMO including me when I called Ford a bitch. I'm not sure if Kavanaugh is guilty of sexual assault or not, but an FBI investigation can decipher who is more credible, him or his accusers.
That said, I find it disgusting how the President and so many of the people on this board are willing to defend him with the same lack of evidence that they trash the accusers over. I wonder how many of you guys have daughters or granddaughters. And would you want them treated like this?
I couldn't really care less about what Kavanaugh and his family are going through because he accepted the appointment and has to pass the scrutiny. Anything his family is going through is on him. Trump has also lent to it by continually driving the divide wider and wider.
The accusers may be everything you guys make them out to be, or they might be telling the absolute truth. Same with Kavanaugh.

I won't be surprised if the investigation turns something up on him or his rant causes him to not be confirmed. I also won't be surprised if he ends up losing his lower court seat in the end.
