Bosa will be the first non-QB picked. If so, good for him. I hope you noted my statement that what I posted came from being a Buckeye fan. Losing him will hurt the Bucks, BUT, I understand his decision. Does that make sense?

Bosa will absolutely get hammered for his decision this early in the year, but I can't blame him.
His body is his business.

His body is his business. He has good tape and already has NFL-level technique. I think NFL teams would rather have him fully healthy than see him aggravate the injury trying to hurry back. No team really wants a post Draft hernia surgery a la Chad Thomas. A lot of athletes take the classes they do in order to be eligible to play football. If you can't play football, a heavy course load could seem not worth it. Especially if you know you are headed to the NFL shortly and can head back to school later. Why not fully focus his "education" on football since it's the job he's headed to? I don't think Bosa will be the difference between us winning a championship or not. DL is probably still our bright spot along with Haskins. I'm not sure if anything short of a serious spate of injuries will derail Alabama from rolling to another trophy.

j/c:
I think Joey Bosa is a great player. I was down to him and Ramsey in the draft when he had the second overall pick.
As high as I am on Joey, I think Nick is the better player. He is a bit more explosive and just a bit more complete in regards to an all-around player.
They are very similar players and Joey is great. I think Nick might just be a tad better.

I have no ill will towards Bosa, but that sucks for Ohio State. Same here, but he is getting roasted on social media. This was his last year at OSU, no one should doubt that. He is not expected to be healed until after the playoffs. So, it is what it is. Best of luck to him.

Bosa thing is pretty straight forward to me. Stay healthy until summer, and you get millions of dollars.
Side note, tosu is 3-4 at Purdue since 2000, could easily be this year's Iowa

Is Ohio State Prepared to Lose Bad to Purdue?
If they play the way they've been, they won't just lose bad, they will lose real bad.

In terms of betting, I would be all over Purdue, and thank you for the 12 points. I wouldn’t be shocked if Purdue wins outright.

I agree. Purdue leads the BIG in big plays over 25 yards ... our Achilles heel

On the other hand Kendall Sheffield has been our fastest player since he stepped on campus. If someone can stick with him, it might be him. I can't wait for tonight.

I'm not sure if Michigan could win a wet paper bag contest if you spotted them a bucket of water and first choice of paper or plastic!

Best of luc to him and u guys ... I don't think anybody IS 'mad' at him. I've seen a hell of a lot more support. I think the thing is, OSU haters want buckeye fans to be mad at Bosa, because it's a bad look, and they can then get on their soapbox and look down on everyone. That's basically all social media is these days. People get on there hoping to see something racist, sexist, homophobic, etc... Just anything they can get mad about. People want to get up on that pedestal and tell everyone how wrong they are... It's no different here. A kid with a huge future ahead of him, made the best decision for himself, and also his future family. I have no problem with it at all. It sucks, and I wish him the best of luck, but I don't blame him, and any of us in that situation, or if it were one of our kids, would do the same. Way too much on the line in April.

If you can't watch the tv broadcast. Apparantly there is a kid, who has cancer, he is watching the game, rooting for purdue.
Let's not make it more than it is.
The broadcast, put his picture up, but just moment ago, they went to his bedside to interview him for umm, more than 2 minutes.
again, Let's not make it more than it is.

This Blough kid is impressive. He's a senior. Played some in the 1st 2 games but had under 20 Not sure what that was all about. He looks like a 1st rounder come draft day. He is only 6'1. Hope they don't hold that against him.

Has there ever been a kid in Ohio with a terminal illness? They can go to that kids bedside for a 2 minute plus interview? Equal time! Equal time! apparently "hating" is " let's not make this more than it is." Didn't tune in to watch the, who can have the most undeniable feel good story time, tuned in to watch a football game. Just play football.
