It doesn't help that Hue seems to deflect and ass cover when the heat is dialed up. He needs to own it and move on.

We was 1-31 over a 2 year period with horrible talent.
He is 2-4-1 so far this year and been in all but one game. We very easily with a blocked FG against Pitt( not on the coach) and a HORRIBLE call by the refs in Oakland (not on the coach) by reversing a first down call and we are 4-3.

Would everyone be still saying how he is doing a horrible job then and be calling for him to be fired?
Nothing the coach has done or didn't other than a made kick and a correct call by refs be different. Am I wrong?

Just something to think about. We are playing hard and much improved talent wise and are a few plays from being a few wins better and the coaching hasn't changed yet we are the same team.

Which is utterly pathetic.

Woulda, shoulda, coulda. We need wins, not almost wins. EVERY one score game hinges on one or two plays. Heck you even see that argument from losing fans in multi-score games.

We have a track record here that Hue manages to lose these games a lot more than he wins them. The Raiders and Bucs aren't even good teams. They should have never been that close in the first place. Hue can't coach up the players well enough to put some distance between us and the bad teams. We were going toe to toe with good teams earlier in the season but those teams are getting better and we are regressing.

You say we could have very easily won without a blocked FG against Pitt (they'd counter that they could have easily won if they didn't start fumbling like crazy and hit their own kick), fine. We'll see how the Browns do on Sunday. We're coming off two bad performances. Go into Pittsburgh, bring back a win, and save a glimmer of hope for the season.

If that's not realistic-- if getting a tough, divisional road win is too much to ask-- then that should tell you all you need to know. We need to get a winner in here.

This would actually be a wonderful time for Hue's first road win.

Get it done Hue! Win in Pittsburgh, and I'll lay off ya for a while (and forever if you start winning more than you lose.)

Not purposely, but you're right, I've been too negative lately for my liking.

It just seems that there are about half-dozen guys or so constantly screaming at us that we all have to hate Hue. Some of the posts are so dramatic. It's football, guys.

Of course this gets turned around on me. That's fine. Have at it. But, there is NO WAY in the world that day in and day out do I spend most of my time criticizing one particular Brown. And no matter how you spin it, that is a fact!

I think Hue needs to stop entertaining the media period. He's letting the media get to him, and he can't let that happen.

He's the HC. He makes the calls. It's simple. He needs to stop explaining himself to idiots.

Aditi is still in her feelings from this summer when Hue ignored her behind. So she's been going hard at Hue.

Hue.. keep it short and simple.. and leave the long conversations to the guys that actually care about you. Your players.
