My hunch is this is Dorsey saying he isn't putting up with the drama, leaks, and backbiting we have seen over the past three years.
This is a sucky thing for a young QB to have to go through, but if it helps the culture moving forward that is a bright spot I guess.

Always seems dumb to me to fire a coach mid season. Just sends a really bad message to the NFL and other prospective coaches. I’d say this model of tanking, get QB, replace coach worked for the Rams but they waited til offseason and don’t have a history of knee jerk firing. If I were a top coaching prospect NO WAY I’d choose Cleveland

Whoa. This is crazy. Both guilty parties are gone. If Haley is gone because of the infighting I like the message it sends. Right, wrong, or indifferent it sounds like Haley was insubordinate. Whether him and Hue liked each other personally or whether they agreed on things it sounds like he didn't respect the chain of command. IMO, you can't fire Hue and let that slide.
