Quote:
Dorsey signed Johnson to a three-year contract extension prior to the season because he understood his value. Jackson and Haley obviously didn’t

So far, this looks to be correct. I don't care about the amount of targets or touches per se, the fact that his snap count was so low this year and the last two is criminal. Duke Johnson on the field alone opens up so much. Put him in the backfield or line him wide, in the slot, whatever. Teams will have to account for him and it creates better situations for other players. Hopefully he sees more time.

At DT, context and meaning are a scarecrow kicking at moving goalposts.

Baker Mayfield is now 26-of-30 for 266 yards and two touchdowns when targeting Duke Johnson this season.

Duke Johnson asked if more touches Sunday was a result of Freddie Kitchens & not Todd Haley calling plays “I guess you can look at it that way”

I would agree w/this.

I just didn't like the article that was clearly a lie when the reporter said "Hue and Haley.

There is no doubt that Haley wasn't utilizing Duke enough. Kitches did use him, which was refreshing. Hue used Duke a lot when he was calling plays and like I said in the previous post, I have posted the stats to prove it.

Not only was Haley fired because he is/was a super douche, he was fired because he was doing a bad job with the offense.

Let's see what we get out of Duke with 10 targets a game. Let's see how good our offense looks.

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

With Higgins back and Duke and Landry it is a serviceable group.
If Perriman turns out it is an decent group.

If our secondary (Ward and Gains) are healthy we can play with Atlanta ...

What do you honestly expect from our offense?

Why are people so critic about Haley? For the first time in years we had/have a rush offense, and game plans and calls made some sense.

Its not like I'm a super fan, but can't get why people dislike him so much. We are scoring 21 points per game, that is the most since 2007.

I honestly do not get Cleveland Fans....

I agree .. but only if they're healthy. If they aren't, look out

We have the 30th ranked offense while having massive upgrades at QB and wide receiver (and probably running back). Haley was failing. All you have to do is look at his usage of Duke Johnson, Nick Chubb, and Carlos Hyde. And he was a super douche.

Here's a clue .... We are scoring 21 points a game because of BAKER not because of HALEY. It's not entirely as straight forward as that - but while you fail to admit Baker is playing well and want to give credit to Haley, it's the reverse for the most part and most see it but you. . . I think Haley can probably do good or great things with a lot of talent to support him, he failed miserably to adjust his scheme to suit and cater to the talent available on the Browns.

You forgot the time we played with TT... and its not like BM is lightning it up.

I think people don't like Haley because they want to make excuses for Hue and/or BM, but guess what...

Hue is the worst head coach in NFL history

And BM in my opinion is doing good, Haley was bringing him along just fine.
