Just got back from my 2nd visit to Toronto. One of the great cities in the world, which has something for everyone...I've lived in Berlin, been to Bangkok,Isle of Ibiza..yadda yadda....but Toronto might be favorite city in the world. Nothing quite like being on Yonge St on a Friday or Saturday night...Girls swallowing fire and speaking of which head down by Armoury and have some great Thai food.... Eaton Center leaves you breathless...... Then I come back to Cleveland........letdown.

Yeah it is clean...I saw a guy this AM on a golf cart with a hose attachment juts going up and down the side streets. Plus how can you not like Tim Horton's Donuts.......every raves about Dunkin Donuts and Krispy Kreme......that Triple Chocalate Danish smokes anything those 2 chains have......

I just got back from Toronto last weekend. The wife and I went there for a babymoon (its a honeymoon before the baby....don't ask).
I thought it was great. We stayed at the Sheraton near the Eaton mall thing. It was nice and all, but EVERYTHING was still 50% more than in the States. Which I always thought was the case....but since the US to Canadian dollar exchange is 1 to 1.....why are they still so over priced? Or is that because our US dollar has dropped?
We went to the Rogers Centre (Skydome) and the CN Tower. Even though that was my third time standing on the glass floor, it was still freaking cool. The Blue Jays game was nice too.
I'm up to 13 different baseball stadiums in my travels (Old Muni, Jacobs, Old Detroit, Wrigley, New Comisky, Miller Park, Coors Field, Petco, Dodger Stadium, AT&T {or what ever they call new Giants stadium}, Fenway, Metrodome and Rogers Centre).
“...Iguodala to Curry, back to Iguodala, up for the layup! Oh! Blocked by James! LeBron James with the rejection!”

Toronto is awesome, I stayed in the sky dome (literally stayed there and slept in the hotel over night) and watched the indians, good times.

I love Toronto. I agree it is one of the best places to go. If I could find a job up there I deff would go. Plus the Leafs are there Too bad the rest of Canada hates Toronto
Our honor defend, we will fight to the end, for OHIO! GO BUCKS!

Toronto is no big deal It's just another little town along the Ohio River.

I've been there around 10 times. I've seen the Indians play at the old and newer stadium. GREAT strip clubs Can't think of the name of the street with all the outdoor cafe? The last couple of times I stayed in Missasauga, just west of downtown. Lots of hotels at a cheaper rate. Like everywhere they are having more murders and the crime rate going up.

I spent a couple of my collegiate spring breaks on younge street in Toronto. I could legally drink. The strip clubs were AWESOME. The atmosphere was tremendous.

Been there twice, and both times were great. Got to see Paul Stanley (KISS) play the part of the Phantom of the Opera.
Highly impressed with everything they have developed under the city, it's just incredible.

Ha Ha I used to tell people all the time I was going to a vintage motorcycle rally in Toronto and they always asked how many days I would be gone. They were always amazed when I told them I would beback that night.

Impact, I just got back from T.O about 2 weeks ago. I threw my wife's 40th b-day party there and had a blast. I'm always amazed at how clean and safe that city is( relative to a US city). Plus driving in around T.O is fun also because they have there club district, china town area and just going up and down Yonge st is fun. Plus, they have alot of pretty women there!

No it was hard enough to find Cales Campground where the rallys are held twice a year.

You can always move...nobody's holding a gun to your head to stay here.
Having said that,I have been there twice and have had a good time. Saw the Phantom of the Opera over 10 years ago, toured their stadium, and went to their CN tower amongst other places.Nice city, nice people. However, the only bummer was seeing lots of panhandlers out in the streets...very depressing.
Niagera Falls on the Canadian side is very nice also.

the woman there are off the charts.....curious thing though...they like their french fries with gravy and cheese curds on the top..... those street vendors can put out some great food......you can never go hungry in Toronto, between the Mediterrean joints and Thai resteraunts..... if anyone goes back there, stay at the Metropolitan Hotel on Armoury.....it costs a bit more, but its in the middle of everything....
