That was awesome. Shielding his guy to the right and waving Chubb to the left.

Thank you for the Congrats medically.

Swish, that was a beautiful thing and so so happy that the ROOK simply shadow blocked his defender no chance of a hold nor block in the back. That is all WRs need to do to get the job done...GO LEFT YOUNG MAN GO LEFT...lol I betcha Chubbs 40 is the same in shorts as he is with full pads on! Guy is sneaky fast! And Powerful! I was ehhh on the draft pick when made.
Now I love Dorsey and his picks even more.

Oh and In my original post that was Duke making a wheel "ROUTE" not Right... actually to the LEFT but a typo. Still no need for the trickery!

I saw the difference between a poorly coached team and well coached team show up on the field.

limited penalties, great game plan, execution. THATS what a coached team looks like. Even with the amount of injuries we have, we LOOKED great.

I really like the 3 back set we were using. With our Backs ability to catch and make things happen - I think this can be a big strength for us.

If I'm Kitchens I work off of that 3 RB set now ... if you notice, the secondary is really open when we went to it. We threw to Landry on a slant once, but I think we can do more with it.

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Thanks Tab.

I saw the Patriots go down to a huge case of Gordonitis. wink

Yup, I saw a wishbone on Chub’s pump fake to the opposite halfback.

More proof that we have our Franchise QB:

Mayfield posted the best rookie quarterback rating in NFL history (minimum 20 passing attempts) by completing 17-of-20 passes for 216 yards and three touchdowns. His rating of 151.3 was the fifth-best ever by a Browns quarterback and best in 40 years.

In NFL HISTORY folks! Best game statistically by a Browns QB in 40 years. We are talking about 70's.

Thank you Dorsey for Baker, Ward and Chubb, now if we can also hit at Corbett being a stud Center...keep it up!

Plus Calloway and Avery!

Man, if this Chad Thomas kid pans out, this might go down as the best single Draft, ever, lol

Calloway and Avery definitely was sort of concentrating on the first and 2nd round picks as those were the ones in years past that we kept missing and kept us in the hole that we were in.

I think the problem is more 1st round misses than 2nd. Since 2010, TJ Ward, Mitchell Schwartz, Joel Bitonio, and Emmanuel Ogbah have been 2nd round hits; Jabaal Sheard and Nate Orchard have been serviceable 2nd rounders; and Hardesty, Little, and Kizer have been disappointments. That's certainly a better list than our first round picks over the same period.

I think any list that has Kizer's name on it is clearly the worst by default.

Really? The other list has Gilbert and Manziel on it!

True, Sashi & Co. were not a total waste They did some good with those 2nd round picks and with building an amazing treasure chest of picks and Cap Space. But looking at the decades of ONE and TWOs in the past that were total misses. I still see some playing like for example Mingo on his 4th team in Seattle. But we were so devoid of talent that we always took the pie in the sky pick to hit a HOME RUN.

Dorsey who is the first THE FIRST GM to come to us with actual Experience of the job. Did more in his ONE YEAR than I think ALL THE GMs or top Personnel guy did since 1999. Just amazing.

Can't wait for like 5 years of his influence on this team. jmho...finally somebody with Vision.

Healthwise, great to hear EO.

Godspeed to both you and GM.

As long as "your shrinkage" is "the good shrinkage" as opposed to Georges below, then.... nanner

Imo the excitement in your original post is how I feel. You just put it in better text than I can.

Always enjoy your "What I saw" post game threads.

Thanks for the props...and THE WATER WAS COLD!
lol laugh

I am biased but I love the What I Saw thread because I believe it is kept real and there is just observations involved and something all can contribute and for those who did not see the game a little different perspective than from what they read from Journalists!

I'd like to add that it seemed that Baker spread around the wealth and this makes it hard for teams to view and then Game plan for the future...as in who do they plan on in taking away from their Defensive game plan. Right now all they got is maybe CHUBB...if that is the case Baker will tear them apart with play action! It is so much fun to have an actual QB on the team and what looks to be a GREAT one at that! This is just the tip of the Iceberg.
