This game could be a big win for us or it could be another "welcome back to reality" game...
I really don't know who will win this one.

Bengals win, and it's gonna sting

Coming off a good win and a bye week, the well rested Browns will go back to back with a victory.

I am torn. Every time I get to where I think the Browns will turn the corner, in this case a win on the road and two in a row, reality comes crashing down. I will still go with the Browns 34-21.

This team has been a disaster after a win for as long as I can remember. You’d think out of the bye they would be sharp but that has never been the case for the Browns.

Browns win going away.
Another great moneyline spot for the Browns.
LOL - The Rish will be upset with this news as well. KS just doesn't prioritize winning...

I think the Browns win - it's time to break free of "The Browns playing like the Browns" .... we need culture change and it needs to start this season and I think it has with GW and Kitchens and Dorsey - sprinkle in some Baker and Landry attitude and I think we should win.
Timing could not be better. Cinci lose a tough game to Ravens. Browns coming off a big win and a really complete performance & then a bye to prepare. Banged up players like Ward and Higgins get an extra chance to recover.
The Hue factor is a really interesting element that will get hammed up by the media - but while Hue knows players and play book ... the players and coaches should have a chip on their shoulder. There is Hue on the other sideline. The guy that did a national media road tour as soon as he was fired. . . nothing was his fault. The players weren't good enough for his offense. His hands were tied. . . . There should be a lot of motivation for players to perform well. And Williams to date has managed to focus the guys and get them to only worry about doing their job - and not trying to do more/too much.
A win for the Browns all the way.
The more things change the more they stay the same.

For most teams, coming off a big win and then the bye week and playing a team that has just had a tough loss would signify excellent chances of winning. This is not so with us. I don't think we're quite at a place where we can string together wins. Battered Browns fan syndrome dictates that the positive momentum established by the offensive line is given back to a division rival with a pretty good d-line.
Also, I'll probably be going to the game, which should put to rest any doubts that we won't lose.
There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.

I'd agree - but I think Dorsey has achieved more culture change than you realize already. Still a ways to go but I hoping to see a definite and real difference to how the team plays given favorable conditions than in the past.

I've seen a big difference since Hue is gone. More focus, more discipline, a more motivated team. I've seen improvement both weeks. I saw the Bengals play a mediocre Baltimore team and do nothing impressive in that game. Our secondary is healthier than it was only a couple of weeks ago.
I understand we are a young team and the rookies can sometimes hit that rookie wall. But we have improved greatly and we're coming off a week of rest to heal up. When I look at the Bengals, I see a beatable team. So I'm going to go.......
30-24 Browns
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

Every division in the AFC has a clear leader, the Chargers are the only team that is separating themselves as a wild card contender with 7 wins.. then there is a gaggle-cluster at 5-5 who will all be fighting for that last WC spot.. the Bengals are one of those teams.
Coming off a tough loss to the Ravens is not something that works in our favor, in fact it works against us. The Bengals will view this as an absolute must win to keep their playoff chances alive and they will come out knowing they are potentially playing to save their season...
And we will beat them anyway.

The Browns come back healthy and re-energized, ready to kick ... and take some names.
The Bengals struggles continue. Hue Jackson forgets that he is coaching defense, not offense, as the parting of the black and orange sea commences and Nick Chubb becomes the first player to rush for 300 yards in an NFL game.
The camera pans to a dejected Marvin Lewis, who has the expression on his face of, "good God what have I done."

When was the last time, this matchup took place later than week 10 for the first of the two meetings.
I don't remember a time the Browns v Bengals had their first game this late in any year going back to 1985, does anyone know for sure.
Maybe it's never happened.
Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

yeah it's pretty late for our first meeting. Seems like we usually play them around weeks 2-4 and then again around weeks 11-14

Find a way.
I hope Hue is in charge of clock and game management. Almost an oxymoron.

On O - I think we run on them all day long. I'm looking at another Chubb 150+, which will open things up for Baker. I think he has another efficient game. I also look forward to seeing what wrinkles Kitchens adds to the offense.
On D, if AJ is out, contain Mixon and put Ward on Boyd. If AJ is back, thing are more difficult. Dalton has been really good against the blitz, so I think we'll have to be careful and disguise. I don't see many sacks, Cincy's OL has done a good job.
This all being said, I think it is close and the good guys come out on top.

Browns get the Road Win monkey off their back and take home a W while starting their first win streak in forever.
Ward gets an INT.
Browns is the Browns

34-17 Browns.
I think the O keeps going and it's about time Myles has 3 sacks. I think the D is going to pound.

IMO, the key is stopping Mixon, not Green. They beat us every year with a running back going wild on us. If we can hold ATLs weapons in check, I think this will be no different. If we let them complete RB screens all day they will kill us.
The other key will be our running game. I don't think they can stop it. If Kitchens stays with it and eats TOP, I think we win hands down.
RIP, Jim

Oh, we got this. We've got some mo - both mojo and momentum - and we are rested and healthy.
Bengals suck.
Browns win, 27-16 in a game where it's not as close as the score would indicate.

35-24 Bengals Dude ... this teams history is 10 games old ... “For as long as u can remember” has ZERO to do with this team ... We have a very good shot of ending two streaks this week ... two in a row and a road W .. A lot will hinge on if AJ plays ,,,

I feel so optimistic on the isle, I don't care if AJ plays or not. Even if he plays, Denzel will keep him quiet, I'm not worried about it.

Cinci’s defense is ranked either 31 or 32 in about 4 major categories. I see Chubb, Chubb, and more Chubb in the first 2 drives, then lots of play-action passes in the second quarter.
I don’t know if they retry to go long more than a couple times. Seems like slants, and mid-depth crossing patterns are our bread and butter.
Browns 24-10.

Balance is a delicate word, momentum carries more weight.
See functional offense, the ball is coming in hot, get it out of there. I challenge our wide receivers to help hm out, when your route breaks down, come back to the ball. Help him out
