I hate Photoshop....And have been scurring around the internet trying to find a replacement. Most things you have to buy, but as a 13 yr. old, I have a "limited" income. So, my question is, Does anyone know of any FREE photo editing programs that you can make sigs with?

Can usually download a nice program for free via bit torrents. I use Paint Shop Pro at work, and like it - but then again, I'm not advanced enough to get crazy with it.

Yeah if you are going to go that route, I would suggest Macromedia Fireworks, I think it is a little easier to figure out opposed to PhotoShop.
