Wow........amazing.

While I wouldn't be able to give a perfect answer to that question in front of TV cameras and a live audience, I'd be able to do a lot better than that! Heck, just barking like a dog for 30 seconds would have been a better answer.

"The Iraq"

I saw that somewhere on TV yesterday. Funny - I would have said the same thing. Every question should have a response that somehow leads to "Iraq."

I love how Mario Lopez is trying not to bust up laughing, and starts trying to pull the microphone away from her as if to say, "okay good enough answer, now stop talking please!"

That was one of the funniest things I've seen in a long time, just about as funny as the beauty contest when they crowned the wrong woman and had to redo the crowning.

No she got 3rd runner up... and Miss Teen Colorado won...

As said before... while speaking it seems that she had all of the buzzwords come out at the same time in just one incoherent cluster.

j/c.

So, let me get this straight: Because , supposedly, 20% of americans (yeah, u.s. americans) can't find the u.s. on a map, we need to educate the South Africans and the asian countries? As well as "the iraq"? So, when the asians, south africans and "the iraq" get educated, then stupid americans will be able to find their own country on a map?

I'm serious, people like her need to shut up. If you're good looking and dumb, just shut up. If you're ugly and dumb, just shut up. If you are so dumb that you don't even know that what you are saying is dumb, there is no help for you.

I bet they even feel that way in S. Africa, the asian countries, and "the iraq".

Good thing she is good looking, she probably wouldn't go far in lif e....

I can imagine all the millions of blondes watching this at home last Friday night (or whenever it aired) and proudly exclaiming, "Yes - she nailed it!"

She might know where 'the Iraq' is at though.

I figured she brought up Iraq because it was a current issue.

Since she didn't qualify the question, I wonder if she included in that the 10% that are under 6 years old, the percentage of older people with Alzheimers, the percentage of people with mental retardation, etc.... I can easily see where 20% couldn't find it... now if it's 20% of adults without mental deficiencies, then that's just sad...

And don't forget just about the entire population of the City of Youngstown.

But I do have this question about her answer (outside of "what?!?!"). Why in God's name did she bring up South Africa? I can see her throwing Iraq in there to talk about because it's a current issue, but South Africa? Was F.W. de Klerk sitting in the crowd?
