Randy Lerner comes to you and says "gut the team & start over". You are allowed to keep FIVE players. Who do you keep? (This question was posed to Kenny Rodent on WKNR)

Why would I want to punish my 5 best guys?
Heck, they can go too...maybe latch onto a team with some potential.

That would make you take him to start a franchise though?

I liked the way Kelly Holcomb threw it too but I wouldn't have taken him to start a franchise.

I do agree, he looks poised, kinda like dare I say it Tom Brady...but I have not seen enough of him to accurately predict him as even a Tom Brady type, much less a star.

It was simply a question asked of posters.

I am sure he, and I know I don't really care if you like our choice or not.

I just like to gamble, I guess. If I was coach, I'd start off the next game with an onside kick.

Funny....I have siad for many years I would start off the Superbowl that way.....on that kick, those guys turn early. I bet you would stand a 80% chance of recovery.

No please, I am king of I do not care. You have not offended me Peen, your too mild, probably, to ever really get to me.

IMO, Derek Anderson is alright, but he hasn't won a game yet that he has started, I probably put too much thought into it.

BTW peen, I was the one being rude, with my

Ya I am very conservative when it comes to football. If I had a 14 point lead, I would run it every down I could, and make them beat me.

Which sadly is what this team tries to do ...but they can't run the ball.

Problem is, you only get to do that once. After you pull off a trick play like that, everyone looks for it.

Did you see the Orlando team of the WeLAF league? Their first game, they converted 2 onside kicks for 14 points, and almost recovered the third.

I agree. No guts, no glory.

And it would be early enough in the game that if you couldn't recover, you were going to lose anyway.

Wimbley, S.Jones, Bodden, Winslow, Zastudil, Hank

Okay I cheated and named six.
<img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Dollar for dollar,Hank is the best FA we've ever signed! Look at his salary, then look at his stability, then tell me I'm wrong.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

1. Winslow: He's by far our best player. He has great talent to go along w/wanting to be the best and the desire to win.

2. Jones: He's physical, covers a lot of ground, and is football fast...unlike the overrated Pool.

3. Bodden: He's been slowed by injury, but he is a physical corner w/good size. He has good instincts and even Chad Johnson considers him one of the best corners in the league.

4. Wimbley: A very good pass rusher and seems to be a pretty smart kid. I think he might end up being a one-dimensional player, but he will be effective.

Pit chose six, so I will balance that by choosing four. Not to mention that no one else on the roster exactly thrills me.

Then you'll be sad to hear that we made a trade for Hanker. <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

If I were to start i'd take Hank, Winslow, Wimbley, Jones, and Jackson.

you had a good run Hank.

Wow. Anderson? Are you freakin' kidding me?

Oh well, guess I should just be thankful you aren't the GM.

I'll go with Winslow, Wimbley, Jones, Bodden, Bentley (assuming he can come back)

Bodden, Jones, Wembley, Jackson, Pool.

Note, I would pass on Winslow and Edwards, I don't care how talented they are, they need to learn how to play the game. Their ego prevents them from doing so.

Others that I like LCB, Fraley, JJ, Frye

You need game changers to win in this league, and I feel all of these guys will be coming up with game changing plays next season.

[color:"red"]"Randy Lerner comes to you and says "gut the team & start over".

[color:"orange"]didn't read any answers to know if I'm being repetitive.

Randy comes to me the GM and demands that??? I tender my resignation and strongly advise Randy to sell the team. <img src="/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" />
