lol, Haden pass interferes on every single play. Just cost the Steelers a first down on 3rd and 16.

TJ Watt is very unlikeable.

I now know what it feels like for opposing fans to watch Baker.

Haden never made a single play to help the Browns win and now he's about to extinguish Browns playoff hopes.

New England is so overrated this year

Watching the Pats and rooting for them is like rooting for the old Browns. This is frustrating.

Announcer: "Brady NEVER makes mistakes like that."

Then graphic shows Brady hasn't thrown an INT in Red Zone in 2 years.

Who got it? Haden.

God definitely hates the Browns.

Disagree. Sure they're playing bad but the Refs are helping them. They never helped us.

I forget that the Titans play the Colts. A Pitts or aBalt win here out rliminstes us completely then

Tony Romo is by far the worst announcer I've ever heard. His approach is a stream of consciousness fan in a bar type. I can't stand it. Find it incredibly annoying. Not sure why people think he's good.

Yup, we're done.

Time to try for our moral victory to see if we can have a winning season at 8-7-1, and hope for our favorite player "NEXT YEAR"

Wasted too much time. Brady looks like a 41 year old qb

Brady keeps throwing it 10 yards over everyone's head.

I gotta say, it was nice watching the team I'm rooting for lose because they played bad.

Grrr Tom Brady, any other time you pull that one out of your butt, why throw a jump ball to a midget receiver? At least target Joe Mr. Pass Interference Haden!

IMO, Brady played one of the worst games I've ever seen him play. On top of that their defense is horrible against the run. They must have had ten false starts. What I didn't like was they were getting holding calls constantly, while even on Samuels run where he got over 100, it is clear the lineman has both arms around the LB.

That being said NE sucked in this game. And $%#@ the steelers.

j/c:

It was cool watching the Browns last night w/out any other games on and being able to spend more time watching other games today.

Some thoughts:

--Giants are in a tough spot. They need a qb, but Barkley gets hit behind the LOS on almost every play and that OL can't pass protect either. They must upgrade that unit.

--Nagy is said to be an offensive genius, but my God, that guy has no clue on how to manage the clock. He screws up every game. He wastes a TO today right before the 2 min warning because he doesn't like the look. Meanwhile, all he had to do is let the time tick down on the play clock. Moron! He also made another huge blunder afterwards, but got away w/it.

--Frank Reich should be coach of the year. He is very innovative. The Colts protect Luck and have a great mix of run and pass. Philly misses him in the worst way.

--Really surprised Dallas got the snot beat out of them that bad. Garrett looks like a pouter.

--Cody Kessler is so bad.

--Bills are a gutty team despite not having much talent.

--Minni looks better w/out pass happy Flip.

--Rats are living on borrowed time w/that strategy.

--Raiders can't tackle. Goodness!

--I like Mike Vrabel. He's kinda of a man's man.

--How in the hell does Seattle lose to SF? Shanny is such a great play caller. If that team gets healthy and acquires more talent.......watch out, because he is the best offensive coach in football.

--I made lasagna for the family. My wife dropped it off at my son's house [he is a Steeler fan] and he texted me to say it was delicious and to thank me. He then sent me a follow up text to thank me for Joe Haden.

--Gronk and Brady really showing signs of wearing down.

Btw------I love Tony Romo as an announcer. His delivery is completely unpolished and he doesn't sound like a professional announcer, but I put more stock into his football intelligence than his delivery. I can see why certain posters would place more importance on how you say things as opposed to what they say. Different strokes for different folks.

The Browns can’t win the AFC North now, but still have a sliver of a chance at a wildcard spot | cleveland.com
https://www.cleveland.com/browns/2018/12...dcard-spot.html

The Steelers beat the Patriots 17-10 on Sunday to improve to 8-5-1, which prevents the Browns from winning the AFC North by virtue of the Steelers winning the head-to-head tiebreaker in the event they both finish 8-7-1.

But the Browns (7-6-1) still have a sliver of a chance to sneak into the playoffs in the event of a three-way tie among them and the Colts and Titans at 8-7-1.

Here’s what has to happen, according to ESPN Stats and Info:

1. The Browns beat the Bengals and Ravens to finish 8-7-1.

2. The Ravens lose out to finish 8-8.

3. The Dolphins lose one of their final to games to finish 8-8.

4. Colts and Titans both lose Week 16 and then tie their head-to-head meeting in week 17 to finish 8-7-1

In that scenario, the Browns win the head-to-head tiebreaker over the Colts for the second Wild Card spot based on their record vs. common opponents (Browns 3-2, Colts 2-3).

It’s highly unlikely, but the Browns aren’t dead just yet, thanks to their 17-16 come-from-behind victory over the Broncos, their fourth victory in their past five games.

“Every week is playoff week,'' said Jabrill Peppers after the Broncos game, in which he preserved the victory with a fourth down sack of Case Keenum. "You can’t look too far ahead. That’s how you slip up. You look at every game as a playoff game. We can only control what we can control.

"We know some people have to lose, but we have no control over that. The only thing we can control is going out there and win every game. You’ve got Cincy and home, and you’ve got the Ravens on the road. Two AFC North games. You know I’m excited, man. Go down to Baltimore on the East Coast, play those guys down there, and then Cincy comes to us first. So those are playoff games right there, and if God blesses us, he blesses us. But if not, this is good stepping-stones for next year.”

Not happening plain and simple. However with hue gone we have seen much improvement and growth. If the browns win out Dorsey is going to have a really hard time firing Williams and justifying it to the players

I'm absolutely thrilled that the Steelers won, but I wish that Cleveland hadn't been eliminated as a result. Cleveland is going to be much better next year. Baker Mayfield is for real.

I know.

But the article said they were 7-6-1.

So much for trusting the media, right?
