The kicker missed an XP.
The deep protector on the punt team missed his block.

Avery probably shouldn't be in coverage much unless he improves a ton. He's a pass rusher, let him get after the ball.

Collins is a stand up every down linebacker on this team. That is not something Avery should be doing. We should be good going into next year with Schobert and Kirksey (I will accept arguments saying we can improve on Kirksey's spot, but he is fine).

Which is why I like him as a situational pass rusher in the LB corp.

Avery has come on the past couple of games. He is no longer playing to grass and is getting to his depth quickly. He just missed an int today too.

Like a said earlier ... His responsibilities changed after we lost Kirko and he is stepping up to the challenge of playing an expanded role.

This is very good news going forward, because his value to the team is no longer just projection, past being a PRS.

LOL I was screaming at the TV "Run faster! RUN FASTER! Your're too slow! RUN FASTER!"

And all the people in the bar near me were laughing.
It was funny.

Njoku's on my FF team and he's been dealing with a knee/thigh injury for almost a month. He didn't practice fully until Thursday this past week. I'm guessing we didn't see his top end speed today on the long pass play.

This game was a lot of fun. Hate to see this season come to an end. When is the last time we have been able to say that?

Speceial teams is a joke. Anyway we aren't there yet but we are indeed on the verge of special.

- Hell of a fun game to be attend.

- This team is so much fun.

- Perriman catches everything. Unreal.

- Everyone was chanting "Baker! Baker!" throughout the game. He's won the city over.

- Hats off to Chubb.

- Genard Avery and Ogunjobi each played well.

- I hope Denzel Ward is ok. Multiple concussions early in his career is not good.

- Can't wait for next season and renewing my season tickets.

- Mayfield giving Hue the icy stare was great......

I did not get to hear the announcer as I was at the bar, but they kept panning to the crowd. And it looked like the stadium was packed!

That was awesome to see!

Baker and Cleveland! Go team! Go fans!

Just when I was kind of sad that we didn't pick another one off to hand to Hue, Baker makes it all better.

I'm really curious about the depth of disdain Mayfield has for Jackson. I wonder if it goes back to that little dressing down Hue gave him on Hard Knocks about not coming in as early as Tyrod Taylor. Maybe Baker felt that discussion didn't need to be on camera in front of the whole country. I know I didn't.

You do realize he’s a6’5” 240+ lb guy, right?

What are you expecting?. Of course he’s going to get run down by a DB.

Evan Engram out runs DBs...OJ Howard is 6'6 250 and out runs DBs all the time...Njoku as someone stated is dealing with that thigh injury, but I would expect him to blow by DBs when healthy.

It was a linebacker. #56.

Njoku ran a 4.64 at the combine.

Dude’s chippy, he plays with an edge. It’s an absolute, in your face style of play. I like it. This is football, not golf, a punch in the nose is expected.

This is him. He did the same type of stuff at Oklahoma. He wouldn't be where he is at without his attitude.

What a shame that the season ends next week.

On one hand you can't wait for next season. On the other it feels like it will take forever.

Fairly certain that Baker was always good. He didnt just magically become good the very second his number was called in that Jets game.

Here's my postgame thought .... and it's a bitter one.

If the officials hadn't screwed the Browns in the Raiders game, we'd possibly be playing for the division next week, and would, at least, be playing for the playoffs.

I have a hard time comprehending some of the play calling near the end of the game. I know it turned out well, but at that time you want to shorten the game when you are ahead.

NP with play calling in my opinion - You play to win the game. The biggest issue was with ST and the blocked punt. Unforgivable in that situation.

I know I said I wasn't going to talk about the Browns during the rest of the season, but I got a bit of a buzz on and it was a really great victory today...........so.......

I think that the Browns should keep both Williams and Kitchens in their respective roles. The team is playing much better under their direction than they did under Hue and Haley.

Keeping them means we won't blow up the roster and instead.....keep building it.

We have a good thing going. Don't blow it.

What did Hue say about Baker on that show?

LOL - The Rish will be upset with this news as well. KS just doesn't prioritize winning...

I think everyone is overlooking the whole "congrats, you won the back-up QB job" that Hue pulled on Baker during Hard Knocks. I know if I was a competitive person (and I am), and a coach told me that, I would be PO'd. Now imagine saying that to a guy with a huge chip on his shoulder like Baker Mayfield, who you didn't even let compete for the starting position. I'm going to bet that rubbed Baker the wrong way.

Hue is and was such an idiot...

I hope Dorsey announces this week that Williams and kitchens will be retained in their current positions. Been saying that for awhile now.

Why mess with a good thing? They're getting it done.
