they're gonna put up 600 yards 572 on the ground ... I’m not Sure whats worse .. the design or the execution ... not sure how the design is suppose to work based off alignment on most plays ... It like we’re worried about the edge run and there not gonna run it up the middle ... Dumb butt design and worse execution ...  to the coaches and players so far .. lets see if we keep playing the same dumb D in the 2nd half ... If not ... if we dont retain GW it’ll make it easier on some ...

Our D looks totally unprepared for this game. Think about preparing for one thing the entire year and then switching everything for one game. That's really hard. The plan I heard was to stop the run and force Jackson to beat us with his arm. The plan is not working.

i'm ignorant to what the solution is, but the coaches gotta find something. and players have to do something about it the problem is a lot of posters dont want to admit: how do you stop it, when week after week, lamar's passing gets better? its slowly coming along. if he gets to true dual threat form like he was in louisville by year 3? uh oh....

man, our D is a sieve today You can't touch the QB, but their QB is their main running offense. I actually wouldn't be shocked if the Ravens win the Super Bowl with this gimmick/exploit. There's nothing gimmicky about it. What the Ravens are doing is very sound schematically. The Browns can still hit Jackson during the confusion of who is going to get the hand off and shortly after. In fact, it was the Ravens who were notorious for doing this back when the Eagles and others would run it often. The defense needs a guy to account for Jackson whereas that's not the case on most "regular" running plays. So not only does that take a defender out of a running play, the linebackers can't play as aggressive because they don't immediately know whether the RB is going to get the ball or Jackson is going to keep it. Hit Jackson hard whenever it's legal and go from there. Rough him up for this game or the next.. either one will suffice at this point.

LOL they are just hugging our guys and tackling them. There's no way the refs don't see this. cfrs will be by shortly to tell you the Ravens aren't doing anything wrong. No, but I will say that the same people crying about the refs right now also say the league favors Pittsburgh. . .

Now everyone knows why i say it imperative to beef up that front 7 vs drafting another CB high (we can use another CB, but the need is far greater at the front 7 when you get shredded constantly on the ground)
