I have tried to avoid all the personal insults being directed towards me on this thread. I have opinions on the subject, but some want to shout those opinions down. Then, I get a guy telling me that I am trying to stifle opinions.

{sigh} If it makes you feel any better, I got the joke about Hue and replied "Who?" before it was deleted for some reason.
Well, at least there was an effort in both directions for a moment.
Continue with the Sashi, Sashi, Sashi. It's only been a year. I'll counter with a few Hue facts to counter your propaganda and we'll test some moderator tolerance for a while.
The big mouth thing is probably not a good idea though.

Look man, I promise you that my intent for making this thread was not to bash Sashi. I can understand why you think that. But, I swear to God that that was not my intent.
My intent was to praise Dorsey. Obviously, it's a natural progression of the conversation to compare his predecessor. That's not bashing. It's conversating. Just like when people say [me included] that Williams did better than Hue when it comes to winning games.
Now, I know a couple of guys will say I am lying, but I am not a liar.
I get that you like Sashi. Defend him, but please don't act like I have some sinister motives. I should be allowed to express my opinions w/out hearing all the damn character attacks.
But again, I hope they just lock the thread. It's been ruined.

What I should have done was just leave it between the two of you.. What I feel needs to happen here is anyone and everyone should be able to say what they want...If it upsets you ignore it... I need to be able to do that myself... Discussions are always going to have multiple reactions..I would have thought I would have learned that by now...

Sorry I added to your stress..hope everything turns out well for you... I deserved it..Somehow the past has to be let go of so the future can shine...There's really a lot of good things we can all be discussing to make this up coming season more enjoyable to look forward to.. Discussing the past is okay too... It was part of how it all works out... I kept my promise on not bashing Hue..Do I got to promise not to bash you ? That might be a tough one to do....  LOL

Even though you squeezed that little bit in your initial post, you might notice it still got an upvote from me. It's when you started making Sashi the entire theme that you went into full Verse mode. You got called on it as usual and you doubled down as usual. You played victim as usual and talked about character attacks as usual. A lack of being able to protect yourself as usual because you are afraid of being suspended as usual. What could have been a great thread got derailed as usual. Threads that start this way always take that left turn so why not try just turning the blinker off? Sashi did not have to be bad for Dorsey to be good. This thread could have shot to the moon if it was just praise for Dorsey.
