Was going to make a joke...but then I didn't wish to insult your family members just to get a laugh or two...I've been all over the world and the US as an Army brat. Accents a plenty. Just like I don't judge peoples intelligence just because of the pigment of their skin. Accents are in that same arena its just an exterior of a person...not the interior, Brain, Heart,Lungs etc. that is all the same because they are "HUMAN"
Anyways. Freddie puts on the drawl and casual demeanor as a mantra of who he is. What he is by all accounts is a very "FOOTBALL" Intelligent individual.
He knows the NFL he knows of the college Air game...he has taken Individuals who are very FOOTBALL Intelligent at their D, O, OL, ST levels. All who will ease the Burden of all aspects of the Team and organization. Looks like he will meet with all coaches and ask about their views of how to go about Conditioning and practice in the Training camp months and he seems to be a good listener and will take in and absorb all information and spit out what he doesn't like and will come up with a good program.
But all this fear about handling too much by calling plays is just Posters and fans worrying about something they don't really know. Looks like FK has put in a coaching staff that can have him DELGATE and not Micro Manage. Which will make it easier for him to be able to manage all and call the plays.
If a 34 year old McVay can do it so can he, just cause his Southern accent gives off a hillbilly look to him...as people noted Football Intelligent is just that no matter what accent, no matter what skin color...those are variables that do not mold a coach.

Good one Tulsa...of course I didn't know which emoji to use...the hysterical laughing one or the hysterical crying one which brings us to your statement. No he was not fun to watch especially the first one.
I had thought we were the only one that was built to beat the NFC...and then you get Denver winning as well as others year after year and then get taken in the SB what was it something like 16 straight SB lost by the AFC...man we were prime to kick their butts but there was always a team that would come and win it all till the SB, Denver and Bills especially!
But not fun to watch especially those last 2 freaking minutes how the heck did that happen...not fun at all!
