True, but either way she did nothing wrong in asking for leniency. The Fox crowd just sees a Muslim asking for leniency for jihadists, you know "All Muslims Bad!, ugg". I personally don't think they should get any leniency, but she has a right to think what she wants and ask a court. Her idea of 'inclusion' was probably a gesture to the American Muslim community to show she stands with them in wanting to change the post 911 American cultural stigma placed on their religion here at home.
I'm damn sure no fan of Islam, but I do believe in her rights.
But my main point is that this thread is some attempt to link her actions to all democrats being supporters of Isis. WTH?!?
