Grady Jarrett & Jordan Hicks, grab Lawrence or Clowney if we can... then draft Devin White and a CB.

ANTONIO BROWN WR, PITTSBURGH STEELERS
NBC's Peter King reports there is "real competition" in the Antonio Brown trade market, and that a deal could be reached as soon as this week.
King expects a deal to happen before Brown's $2.5 million roster bonus comes due on March 17. Brown has been linked to the Raiders, Titans, Redskins, Cardinals and Broncos. The train appears fully out of the station. This is going to happen.

Its official ...
JADEVEON CLOWNEY LB, HOUSTON TEXANS
Texans assigned the franchise tag to OLB Jadeveon Clowney.
The expected move locks Clowney into $15.443 million for 2019. NBC's Peter King has previously passed along skepticism that the sides will reach a long-term agreement. Considering Clowney's injury history, it is hardly surprising. They have until mid-July to reach an accord. For their part, the Texans insist they want a long-term pact. Clowney has tallied at least nine sacks each of the past two seasons, earning boffo grades from Pro Football Focus in the process.

The first on the list of FA's that will be tagged to crush the dreams and wishes of Browns fans that, after all these years still can't seem to understand that you need to let things play out in chronological order.
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

I'd rather bring back Kessler than sign Bortles. Bortles doesn't seem to have the makeup to be a good backup. I have questions about his work ethic as the starter, and I don't expect them to lessen if he's relegated to the bench on game days. Not that I'd want Kessler to start games, but I think he'd do a better job of helping Baker get ready while also trying to get better himself. I would prefer to draft our backup QB this year vs signing Kessler or Bortles.

While it may happen eventually, sources say the #Chiefs have not released OLB Justin Houston, contrary to one report. They continue to have trade discussions involving Houston, on a day several pass rushers have been taken off the market with franchise tags. @TomPelissero

FRANK CLARK DL, SEATTLE SEAHAWKS
Seahawks assigned the franchise tag to RE Frank Clark.
Each of this year's top-four free agent edge rushers are now sporting franchise tags; Clark joins Jadeveon Clowney, DeMarcus Lawrence, and Dee Ford as being removed from the market. Still only 25 -- he turns 26 in June -- Clark is coming off a career-best 13-sack season and has 32 sacks over the past three years.

Mosley isn’t going to be easy to replace ... just like the stilers losing AB ... IF Mosley makes it to the open market (they have til 3/13 to get a deal done) will NOT BE AS GOOD ON D ... and with Lamar as your QB to have any shot at winning your D HAS TO BE DOMINANT!!! Great news for us if he does in fact reach the open market ...

CJ Mosley would look great in Orange and Brown I’m not sure if this is serious or not, but Mosley is not significantly better than Kirksey.

These are the types of free agents I like. Not expensive, adds depth and ST play, etc. Sign for one or two year deal while younger guys develop to replace, perhaps a good vet presence.
Admittedly, I like the 25-26 year old entering his second contract too, but players like Acho have value without breaking your bank.

I feel that would be a solid pickup for us. It would also clarify draft needs. Pay the phone bill already!

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

I'll just say that I could not disagree more with that statement. My main point is that if we are paying Mosley, we are also now paying Kirksey to not play. That’s not ideal.

The reality being that we will likely not sign ANY of the premier names, because that is not how you run a sustainable franchise that wants to sit at the top for the next 10, 15, or 20 years.

I don't care where he goes as long as it is not Cleveland.

Its all situational ... in OUR SITUATION right now ... we can sign one HUGE NAMED FA’s and maybe even two ... U just don’t be STUPID about it ... Our situation RIGHT NOW .... our window is open .. were real real close ... and we have a TON OF CAP SPACE with lots of players going into year 2 or 3 so we have another two years before we need to commit big money to any of them ... we don’t need to sit on 60 - 70 mill in cap space for the next two years ... I don’t agree at all ... u strike when the irons hot and it’s HOT AS HECK RIGHT NOW and we have the CAP SPACE to heat it ups some more ... I EXPECT one big name signing and a few mid level guys and a few more to improve the bottom of the roster with good special teams players ... NOW’S THE TIME BRO .... If we overpay for PLAYMAKERS on either side of the ball like the menZas say we did for VG ... SIGN ME UP ... Last year i said we should have given up two firsts for Mack in a heartbeat and i was vilified for it .... MY OH MY ... we would have had made the playoffs last year and the future would be sooooo bright right now ....
