? They literally investigate suspects before charging them with murder, or most crimes for that matter.
They charge someone once they have the evidence from their INVESTIGATION that shows evidence of a crime.
Where do you live? It certainly isn’t planet eart.
The difference being, a murder had actually been committed. Calling an investigation a witch hunt is not obstruction. A made up document is not a conspiracy. Declaring a national emergency is not an abuse of power. This is nothing more than an investigation for political purposes.
