maybe he'll end up with Oakland
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Do you think with the AB trade...a market price has been set for OBJ? I would give up a 5th and a Third for OBJ....So would most in the league. Granted OBJ is younger...but he also has baggage and injuries lately. If it is for picks...I can't see NY getting much more than what Oakland gave up for AB.
I thought I was wrong once....but I was mistaken...
What's the use of wearing your lucky rocketship underpants if nobody wants to see them????

I think you are mistaken this time. AB put the Steelers between a rock and a hard place.
The word is that he orchestrated the trade because his guaranteed money was going away. He ends up w/a fully guaranteed $30 million deal.

They'll get a ton more than the Steelers got. Brown was refusing to go to certain teams (the Bills) which limited the market and wanted more money (further limiting his market). To our knowledge, OBJ has done neither. He hasn't even asked for a trade (that we know about).

They will get at least a 1 but a pair of one will never ever happen. Pat doesn't want him and obj wants out because he wants to play in a vertical offence and with a good QBs. Pat runs small ball offence and manning can't go deep anymore.

maybe he'll end up with Oakland Supposedly they are out on Le'Veon because of possible cash flow issues after their other moves, so I find this unlikely. Plus, he's a little on the young side for a Gruden WR.

Not unless a stripper leaks a video of him doing coke I'll buy a wig, befriend someone that has access to some booger sugar, and see what I can do.
At DT, context and meaning are a scarecrow kicking at moving goalposts.

OBJ is not getting traded unless someone gives up a significant haul. OBJ is over 4 years younger than Brown entering the prime of his career. The city, ownership and the media love him in NY. He's one of the most recognizable faces in the league. The only shot I thought we had was Zeitler packaged with picks. Now that we have Vernon I don't think we have the ammo
The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

The pièce de résistance. I think its crap, especially since we just re-inked BP. Unless we aint the AFC North team...which would be scary. But I doubt it.

I don't see Beckam traded. It would take two ones or something close.
It won't be us that goes that route.

Get back to me post draft Eli's cap hit this year is still astronomical so I can't see them taking a 16 million hit to trade OBJ. Then again, Gettleman may decide to go into the draft having painted themselves into a corner.
People ask me what I do in spring when there's no football. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for fall

It's not their motto, but I sure as heck hope it's not the Steelers who are going after OBJ.

I'm not sure I like what we gave up, but we definitely have a big chess piece for the offense, now.
