Gone are the days people avoid drafting Browns players in their fantasy leagues. Eh, don't know if I'd go that far ... I'm still the kiss of death when it comes to picking players for fantasy. Buzzkill.

We are not remotely in danger of being in Cap Hell over any of this. Perriman's contract is one year and it is chump change.
Browns is the Browns

I wouldn't worry about the salary cap, and you can teml from FA, others don't as well...the cap goes up what around 5 mill a year...its going to be going up a lot more here often (nfl players see the NBA and MLB salaries) payrolls are going to be going way up here the next few years...we are nowhere near any salary ramifications.

What was the point of resigning perriman? We better win the super in the next few years cause we are going to be in salary cap hell in no time As of right now we have 41m free next year and that doesn't include the increase from 2019 to 2020, or the players that will be cut. We'll be fine unless Dorsey keeps spending like crazy. And 2020 the CBA expires - so 2021 might be completely different world.

Fun times on the lakefront this year for me.
My family told me to dump my tickets. I told them I'll dump you before I dump them.
In other words, I wasn't dumping either.

What does losing peppers mean for the defense? We'll have to find someone else to stand 30 yards off the line of scrimmage.
I am unfamiliar with this feeling of optimism

Baker gets to throw to OBJ, Landry and Njoku with Perriman, Calloway and possibly Higgins backing them up ... and gets a backfield of Chubb and Hunt?? Yowzers! Couldn't even make this stuff up less than a year ago. Ya just couldn't.

So we traded Zeitler, Peppers, a 1st and a 3rd (and swapped 4th rounders)
... for Beckham Jr and Vernon.

I'm in SHOCK!!
Someone seriously needs to put forth a proposal that Mr Dorsey walk out onto the field before right before the first home game starts so he can get his well earned standing ovation.
FOR TURNING THIS TEAM FROM 0-16 TO SUPERBOWL CONTENDERS IN 2 YEARS!!!

...so we're only paying OBJ a little over 2M a year more than Devin Funchess is making?
Not bringing back BBC makes a bit more sense, not that it was entirely unexpected anyways.

Sashi would have found a way to hold onto that 3rd rounder.
LOL - The Rish will be upset with this news as well. KS just doesn't prioritize winning...

Guys..........I've told you that a lot of my family members and friends are Steeler fans. We've been going crazy on the texts and they are all very emotional. Stunned, angered, depressed, etc.
This is soooooooooooooo freaking sweet!!!!

we needed that pick more than we needed another wr...and we got worse on defense...I trust dorsey but i don't know we needed obj...only 1 ball. hope he has a plan to recoup that first. Who's out there for safety? think he's looking at Roby there?

4 wide Perriman and Callaway ultimate burners. Odell and Landry ultimate precisio. O.o and njoku at TE with either Chubb or Hunt in the backfield.

Pick 17 would not have been anywhere near the talent OBJ is. Our 2nd 3rd rounder was not gold and while I liked Peppers..he was not special in anyway..

I can only imagine.
We’re 5-3, 6-2 mid season, and then Kareem hunt comes off suspension ticked the hell off....
