I had my taxes done yesterday. I paid $286 less in taxes this year than last. On pretty close to the same income.
Thanks trump. My life is forever changed by my $23 a month financial windfall. I can finally afford to buy a boat and go on that two week vacation to Australia I’ve always wanted to take... or not. But at least those poor multi billion dollar companies are paying less this year... and according to the tax plan, next year and beyond too. Hey, at least they’ll reinvest that tax savings. GM has proven that!...oh, wait.... I ended up $7000 worse while making about $10k less. This being said, I sold my house and didn't get that benefit. Even with the house, I'd have been much worse off than last year.

You make $100 a year. You used to pay a 10% tax - $10.
I make $10 a year. I used to pay 5% in tax - $0.50.
There is a 10% tax cut. You save a dollar, I save a nickel.
See how it works?

How about clwb? I don't expect you to try and explain that one. Poor financial planning. Should have hired an expert early last year. Everyone I have talked to has made more money weekly in 2018 and got more money back in 2019 than 2018. But of course I remained silent until now because it doesn't fit your agenda here. I do understand that people who live in high local and state tax areas run by Democrats are paying thru the nose because they no longer can write off those high Lib taxes. Time for them to move.
