At the rate that I am going, from 5' 11 1/2 " and mid 40's, I will be that size when I reach 60 or so . I ain't there yet, just started the Men's Health Better Body Blueprint Plan and hope to lose about 60Lbs. before December 1......   Try saying that as a tongue twister....
