I don't think so, I think it'll be Allen or Oliver. Oliver is the perfect DT for Williams, and they could use a pass rusher. I think Williams should be the pick, he's the BPA, just don't think it'll be him.

raiders were said to be throwing a smokescreen today... possibly thinking about drafting QB Haskins. could be trying to get Giants or Redskins to trade up to #4. Gruden will stockpile more picks

Wow! They probably could have moved up some with their 24th pick and still gotten him. I think he's a solid player but I don't see him being as good as Chubb from last year who went #5 overall.
