Well I am now sat in the Holiday Inn Express on Euclid Avenue. I went to walk around the stadium this morning and the place is amazing!! They opened the team shop at 11 so I bought a few Browns items for tomorrows tailgate.

Went to a bar last night for what I thought would be one or two quiet beers. Ended up going to the Killers concert with a group of guys and girls I got chatting too ...... the general thoughts are like 'You came all this way to see the Browns? that cant be right - whats your story?'

Looking forward to tomorrow - see you there! I will no doubt get lost, so I have a few mobile numbers so make sure they are switched on!!

Nice trip, great to hear you were able to make it for the season opener.

First game in Cleveland I presume? My first was the first preseason game this year, the drive and walk to the stadium was unlike anything else. Enjoy it, and here's to a win. Such an amazing feeling that night to leave the stadium with a win... And I can imagine the conversations you had, I had the exact same thoughts with visiting from Florida. Even got a date out of it, and it went so well that I almost missed the Browns game. But fate intervened and got me to the game.

Have a great time, wish I was there with you. Go Browns!

I want the Cleveland Browns to be my pallbearers so they can let me down for the last time.

Ha! Where do you go last night? Good to hear you're enjoying Cleveland, on this rainy day.

Get a Panini's sandwich if you get hungry! It's on E. 9th and Prospect, about 3 blocks from your hotel.

Well, at least you've gotten the chance to get away from England to experience American culture.

English - when the heck did you make it down there? I was at DTI in the 9-9:15am area, and there was no sign of you?

Seeing as how I'm still drinking (got in the lot at 6:20am and cracked my first), I won't be at work tomorrow to give you that gym pass. I'll be in on Tuesday - if you're up for it, we can hit up some bars in the afternoon.

It was great to meet everyone - it was a superb day right up until 1pm

I got to the Muni lot at about 7am and as I walked through I bumped into some guys I met in a bar on Friday! must have got to DTI about 9ish and left around 12.15. The day was superb - I think the Ladydawgs enjoyed my accent

I was one of only a few that stayed right until the end .... If I am gonna fly 5,000 miles I am gonna sit it out!!! Hopefully next weeks game will be kinder

Beerdowner - I ended up at the Blind Pig Saturday night - is your gym the Fitness works place opposite Holiday Inn. Let me know and I will come down on Tuesday and meet you.

Thanks for everyones hospitality - The Washington Apples and Jaeger (sp?) were great hope to see most of you again next week.

It was great meeting you my friend!

Hope the rest of your trip meets all of your expectations and hope the Browns put up a better effort against the Bengals than they did on Sunday against the Steelers..
