I like Tom Hamilton a lot as an announcer. He's knowledgeable, interesting, and funny on Indians' radio broadcasts. But he does one thing that drives me nuts: he's always making pronouncements about a hitter's plate appearance being "a good at-bat" just because a guy works the count full and fouls off a couple pitches. Just a few minutes ago, Kipnis came up with a guy on 3rd with 2 outs. He was up for 8 or 9 pitches, when Tom said "Kipnis is having a great at-bat". Before I could say "not so fast, kemosabe", Kipnis swung and missed for strike 3, stranding the runner at 3rd. Sorry Tom, with a runner in scoring position, its not a good at-bat if you fail to even put the ball in play.
These bums of today can't hit a ball off a Tee Ball post. DeLeo and these players agent need to go. I don't care about slugging average, exit velocity, how hard ball is hit,all these other fancy worthless terms just go with pitch and hit it where they ain't. Singles,2 baggers, walks and triples more needed to scoring runs than single RBI HR scoring one run. Besides more men on base will mess with pitcher"s nead more so than digger scoring one run, therefore we score more runs.

I bleed Seal Brown,Burnt Oranage and White w/Chrome. It's a proud honored birthright and family tradition.
We had 2 runners on base in 3 or 4 innings, and didn't score. Jose barely hitting his weight is a major, huge problem, along with others.

I have often wondered, in recent years, if teams were stealing our catcher's signs to the pitcher. Just too many really good swings on 0-2, 1-2 pitches ... this makes me wonder that again.
this team is really hard to watch right now. I can see a fire sale before I see a playoff run. Hopefully we get some guys back healthy and go on a run
Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. Comes into us at midnight very clean. It's perfect when it arrives and it puts itself in our hands. It hopes we've learned something from yesterday. -John Wayne
Tribe wins 3-1 on a 45' blast down the 3rd base line by Roberto Perez, followed by a bases loaded walk. Luplow opened the scoring for the Tribe with his 6th HR of the season.
Tribe pitching did its job today. Biebs was spectacular, with 10 K in 5 innings ..... and AJ Cole gets the win in relief with 3 K in 1.1 IP. Hand gets the save.
