And Trump has a lot of time for golf. As a matter of fact, 25% of his days since being elected. I remember a time when you had something to say about that too when it came to Obama. Until Trump.

Not really I just disagreed with his policy for the most part, he was elected legally and I accepted it and hoped for the best, and had no hate for him as a person.

Farage has been in politics for many many years - he has been lying and using his influence to destabilize the EU ever since he became a member of the institution he sought to take down.

When was the vote? The polls took place in the UK on Thursday - May 23 2019.
When do we find out the results? Voters in Ireland turn out on Friday. Those in the Czech Republic, Latvia, Malta and Slovakia vote on May 25 and the remaining 21 EU nations cast their ballots on May 26.
The results from every nation will be released on the evening of May 26 after the last polling station in the continent is closed.

I guess you know enough not to dispute the fact that Farage got elected and then worked for 17 years to undermine the very institution he was elected to and did it by falsehoods and lies .... The results of the election and the timing of the election and the announcement of the elections were nothing I mentioned. Also - after 2+ years the theory was that the rest of the EU nations would be lining up to leave the EU following the UK's example .... do you know enough to know what has happened to that idea?

You do know that Teresa May represents the Conservative Party? Same as Thatcher and it is the main party of the "Right" ? No doubt shocking you that was the party I voted for when I lived in the UK. . . . Tony Blair who everyone in the USA seemed to LOVE during the Iraq war .... wayyyyy left.
smh
So maybe you are looking for the radical right and extreme hate groups to take over everywhere? That or you simply do not know what the hell you are sprouting.

Yes, I know she represented the Conservative Party. But she and others played games with the people's vote to leave the EU and is now out of a job. I guess her calls for a redo was not welcomed either. They were supposed to be out by March 29th. Remember March?

You say that as if Teresa May was not hell bent and determined to exit.
She was. However just like the checks and balances in the USA ... it takes a collaborative effort to achieve. It is Corben and the Labor party who have totally jacked the system - neither pushing for a 2nd referendum nor accepting any suggestions on how to implement the Exit.
The way you wrote the last post shows entirely that you do not know what is involved.

The delayed Brexit process and the widespread hatred of May’s deal triggered a surge in support for the populist leader Nigel Farage’s Brexit Party, which is set to win the European parliamentary elections in Britain after cannibalizing a large amount of support from the Conservatives.

the widespread hatred of May’s deal
Well there sure as hell will not be a better deal negotiated by Johnson or any other leader. As explained to you earlier - because all your talking points are parroting half truths from Fox and other Right wing Murdoch BS - Boris Johnson and Farage were offered the opportunity to LEAD the Brexit implementation after the vote .... and guess what they did. Ran and hid.

Australia's conservative coalition scores stunning political victory in general election, defies polls forecasting loss“It's Australians who have worked hard, started a business, started a family, bought a home. These are the quiet Australians who have won a great victory tonight.”— Prime Minister Scott Morrison https://www.foxnews.com/world/australia-conservative-coalition-election-winHmmm, seems the Aussies have a Silent Majority too. The world is rising up against globalist socialist type governments and strongly rejecting them. Its one of the most wonderful things I've seen in a while, and it is a STRONG rejection. People want to be individuals and govern their own lives, not told what to do or controlled by the government!!!!!!

If I have to explain to you the government and economic tendencies of a globalist to socialist type of setup you are either ignorant or just plain dumb.
I don't have the time to educate you on economic systems, theory, and sovereignty of nations, sorry. Go back to college, take economics and history again.

Isolationism led to WW2. Not having alliances and strength through nations bonding together to work as one caused a weakness that was exploited and the world came close to being forever changed. It sounds as if you support history repeating itself.

Britain’s newly-formed Brexit Party will comfortably beat the country’s two main parties in European Parliamentary elections, exit polls and early results showed Sunday, as voters expressed their frustration over the Brexit deadlock. Marine Le Pen's National Rally party wins France elections for European ParliamentExit polls in France indicated that Marine Le Pen's far-right, anti-immigrant National Rally party came out on top in an astonishing rebuke of French President Emmanuel Macron, who has made EU integration the heart of his presidency. Le Pen said the projected outcome "confirms the new nationalist-globalist division" in France and beyond. In Germany, the EU's biggest country, exit polls indicated that the party of German Chancellor Angela Merkel and its center-left coalition partner also suffered losses. In Italy, hardline Interior Minister Matteo Salvini's right-wing populist League was projected to become his country's largest party, jumping from around 6% of the vote during the last election five years ago to between 27% and 31% this time. And Hungary said Prime Minister Viktor Orban's fiercely anti-immigration Fidesz party had won 13 of the country's 21 seats in the EU Parliament, one more than it had in 2014. Europe's longtime political center appeared to shrink Sunday as exit polls and early results from the hardest-fought European Parliament elections in decades showed both the anti-immigrant far right and the pro-environment Greens gaining ground.

UK parliament very likely to consider new Brexit referendum - Hammond WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The idea of a second Brexit referendum is very likely to be put before Britain’s parliament again although the government remains opposed to any new plebiscite, the British finance minister said on Friday. Philip Hammond said he hoped parliament would break the Brexit impasse by passing a deal by the end of June, potentially ending the calls for a new referendum, and there was a “good chance” of a breakthrough in talks with the opposition Labour Party. “I remain optimistic that over the next couple of months we will get a deal done,” he told reporters in Washington where he is attending meetings at the International Monetary Fund. But a second referendum could not be ruled out. “It’s a proposition that could and, on all the evidence, is very likely to be put to parliament at some stage,” Hammond said. Prime Minister Theresa May has so far failed to get her own Conservative Party behind the Brexit divorce deal she agreed with other European Union leaders last year, forcing her to ask the bloc for a delay and to start talks with Labour about how to break the impasse in parliament. https://www.reuters.com/article/uk-brita...d-idUSKCN1RO1EG
