Today's the longest day of the year in the northern hemisphere. (most hours/minutes of sunlight)
Every day has been getting a little longer since December 21, 2018
After today, each day has less amount of sunlight until the shortest day (December 21st - winter solstice).
The summer and winter solstices should be the main holidays of the year. A connection to our place in the universe.
The ancients knew about and celebrated this long ago.
