Spending $75+ on a jersey and having a collection of useless ones makes no sense to me. It just doesn't work, esp in today's game where players jump ship whenever possible. Add in the busts, ala Frye, and you really don't have a chance at keeping that jersey for long.
or you can be smarter about buying jerseys...
don't take guys who haven't proven anything yet...
wimbley? will probably be a brown for a long time, you can definitely buy a wimbley jersey...
eric wright? all signs are good, but you may want to wait a year, or two...
winslow? a jersey you can get...
joe thomas? you can wear that jersey for years and years

Thomas, again way too early.
I'm surprised Quinn is not on that list as well.
The bottom line is that on the current team, MAYBE 1-2 jerseys is a 'safe' bet but even that's up for discussion. Even if you find that gem, odds are in today's game that they will NOT remain a Brown for long.

Thats the reason I bought Courtney too, he was my favorite Brown (when healthy) and I thought he would be here forever. We both were wrong. Still, that was a very nice gesture you gave them, kudos to you!

The Quinn jersey is a conversation starter with chicks, for sure. I got mine based on that merit alone.

Jerseys bought since the return... Couch..20 bucks at Marcs Brown... for my son, full price at Dicks Edwards for my son, before he acted like a jerk. Full price at Dicks Edwards for me (Thanks Julie  ) I didn't have to pay for it because it was a gift from one of my teams I coach Hamilton #27.. His new jersey number he wore this preseason, before he got cut. I paid over a $100 for this one. I thought of getting my Olineman son another jersey. He wants Thomas, I want him to get a Fraley. The problem is only bad things happen with jerseys I buy. Maybe I should get him a #7 Steelers jersey.

I went to Toys R Us and they had toddler and infants Jamal Lewis home jerseys for $29. I had it in hand but put it back  Just a FYI for anyone looking for one for the lil ones.

Couch - White Brown - White James Jackson - Brown Fat Warren - Orange Figured with that luck i'd go with a Kosar - white in xmas 2005. Much safer bet.
