Good point DC ... plus, Nix looks like he has some ice water in his veins which is important

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Maryland straight killing the Orange. Can’t stand Syracuse.

Come on Army. That was a horrible play. Should be up 17-7.

Touchdown Army!

21-14, with Michigan's turn coming up.

Question, if the team up north loses does Harbaugh get fired? I know that there are already rumors that he needs to win the division or at least beat OSU to keep his job so if they lose this game do they just go ahead and fire him?

It probably helps us that TTUN won, although I couldn't root for them.

Watch out for Maryland's offense this year. They lit us up last year and are scoring almost at will this year.

Trying to watch more college football this year.

Trevor Lawrence could play in the NFL today, and he'd be in the top half of QBs in the league. So many teams are going to be tanking for this guy.

Burrow at LSU looks like a good prospect as well. Has been impressive in this Texas game.

Ehlinger has a nice arm but doesn't look as good as Burrow.

At the start of LSU Texas game their parents introduced the QBs to the TV audience. That was neat.

Just tuned in to the LSU game late, oh, no worries, I'm still confident Joe Burrow(s) is going to have a good NFL career, I hope the Browns get him.
Could always use a good backup.

Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

The Washington/Cal game had a long delay and just ended at 430 ET ... What a game ... Cal upsets them

The LSU/Texas game was really entertaining. A lot of good offense and some bad defense. I get that UT's defense would struggle because they are a Big 12 team, but LSU almost always has a great defense. But again, that was a fun game to watch.

College football is fun. I love all the traditions and the student involvement. It just seems more pure than the NFL. I realize it probably isn't because the NCAA is such an exploitative organization, but it does "view" very well.

I'm trying to get into college football more but outside of a couple of games each week so far I'm struggling with wanting to watch games that end up 62-10. I mean did anyone really want to watch Alabama New Mexico unless you're betting on the game?

The LSU Texas game made up for the whole day, and I really enjoyed it. Michigan Army was good as well. But most of these games are snoozefests.

It's early in the year, Rish. The games heat-up when teams get into conference play. Until then, we have to rely on a few marquee match-ups.

You probably don't have a team you focus on, so that makes it harder. But, I enjoyed watching the Buckeyes dismantle their opponent.

Exactly ... after next week most of the games will be conference games.

I did watch the Tennessee BYU game .. and Tennessee lost ANOTHER awful game. They really suck right now

I'll keep watching. The good games have been really good. Lawrence, Burrow, and Ehlinger are all going to be playing on Sundays so it's cool to watch those guys. All three were great yesterday. Lawrence didn't have the stats but that guy could play in the NFL today. That LSU Texas game was a lot of fun. Neither QB backing down, making plays all the way to the end. Their defenses let them down.

The early games often give you an opportunity to check out the new/young guys and those coming back from injury. I kind of view it like the NFL preseason, and mainly stick to teams I care about.

I’ve been impressed with Burrow as well. To me, he’s a better prospect than Herbert

It concerns me that they wouldnt let Herbert throw at the end of the game against Auburn. I heard a lot about the kid. I didn't see anything that was impressive.
