do you think maybe
picking up a bunch of special teamers just 5 or 6 days ago and all that stuff after the roster cutdowns is having an effect on these penalties?
I don't know if they are the ones committing them, some aren't being announced.
Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.
