Hi all. I know you all have huge hearts...it's time to put them to use. One of my dearly beloved co-workers just shot me a text message. Her brother's little girl, who just started pre-school so she's all of 3 or 4, has been acting a little off lately. Well, they took her to Children's Hospital tonight where she had a CT Scan. The poor baby has a malignant inoperative brain tumor growing on her brainstem. This babygirl is so full of life and has a heart full of love to give everyone she comes in contact with. I really think this family needs us all to take just 10 seconds out of our lives to say a little prayer for them! This news is devistating to me...and I only know the little one from the stories I hear about her on a daily basis. No child deserves what this one is going to have to endure.

Already sent. Hearing things like that break my heart. Tell them to stay strong. They have lots of people here praying for her and the family.

I just cannot imagine what her and her family are about to go through. It just doesn't seem right.

There seems to be a lot of these types of posts in this section. I guess that happens when you bring many people who know many people together. But it's been seemingly happening way too often around here. Way too much.
It really gives you a different perspective.
LOL - The Rish will be upset with this news as well. KS just doesn't prioritize winning...

Thank you everyone! I wanted to give you all an update. After several more tests and an MRI, the prognosis is not good. They are giving little Lauren a year at the most. Just knowing that people are praying for them is a huge comfort for this family. I will keep you all updated with any more news as I hear it.

Had a niece with the same thing....She made it to 5 yrs old..........Theres hope....And remember....God does`nt do this....He is there to comfort....
