The rule is that once the QB gives himself up ..... diving to the ground .... sliding ... anything where he goes to the ground ..... as soon as he gives himself up, he's down.
The QB can't dive and slide for additional yardage. Once he goes to the ground, he's down right there.

Yeah the refs are bad. I’m convinced they are paid to keep scores within point margins for Vegas and Atlantic City. It’s not just the Browns all teams except the Patriots get hosed
