This squad needed a guy at the helm who has been there before. Generally I like a young guy but not with this group.

Bad coaching brings out the worst in players. Just saw it on that dropped pass by OBJ. You telling me a Pro Bowl WR doesn't know how to catch all of a sudden. It all starts with the HC my friends. Who do you want as the coach?
